Ik ben er een aantal maanden geleden gekomen voor een houten tandenborstel en ben meteen zo vriendelijk geholpen dat ik ook maar meteen een klantenkaart heb genomen. Elke keer als ik er kom voel ik me welkom. Écht, hulde aan deze medewerkers, ze nemen echt de tijd voor je en zijn ontzettend deskundig. Laatst hoorde ik dat een medewerkster iemand advies gaf over een middel dat help bij ontspanning, ze gaf ook meteen verder lifestyle advies waar de klant veel aan leek te hebben. Daarnaast is er een goed aanbod aan supplementen, zoals bijvoorbeeld tegen een hoge bloeddruk, op natuurlijke basis (kruiden en dergelijke die bewezen zijn te helpen, in elk geval die ik heb gekocht).
Ze zijn altijd blij om je te helpen en te woord te staan, je voelt je nooit lastig of te veel. Ze hebben echt oog voor de klant en dat vind ik ontzettend bijzonder!
The staff here is so warm and helpful. I came there a few months ago for a wooden toothbrush and was helped so kindly that I immediately took a loyalty card. Every time I come there I feel welcome. Really, pay tribute to these employees, they really take the time for you and are incredibly knowledgeable. I recently heard that an employee gave someone advice about a substance that helps with relaxation, she also immediately provided lifestyle advice that seemed to be of great benefit to the customer. In addition, there is a good range of supplements, such as those against high blood pressure, on a natural basis (herbs and such that have been proven to help, at least that I have bought).
They are always happy to help you and to speak to you, you never feel awkward or too much. They really have an eye for the customer and I find that very special!
