β β β β β Wat een fijne winkel is dit. Kom hier regelmatig maar moet nu toch echt wat kwijt of de service en kunde van Sanne. Wat een leuke, spontane kracht hebben jullie hier in de winkel. Ze heeft mij top geadviseerd met de uitbreiding van gezichtsverzorging. Ik kom graag bij jullie in de winkel terug, voor al mijn producten. Dank jullie wel team Arnhem.
What a great store this is. Come here regularly but now really have to say something or the service and expertise of Sanne. What a nice, spontaneous force you have here in the store. She advised me on top with the extension of facial care. I would like to come back to you in the store for all my products. Thank you team Arnhem.

β β β β β Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik kom hier graag. Ging eigenlijk meestal naar de Douglas in Arnhem. Heb echter ondervonden dat de sfeer hier veel prettiger is en je over het algemeen met meer geduld + expertise geholpen wordt. Voor mij was dit een reden om over te stappen naar de ICI Paris
Super friendly and helpful staff. I like coming here. Actually usually went to the Douglas in Arnhem. However, I have found that the atmosphere here is much more pleasant and you are generally helped with more patience + expertise. For me this was a reason to switch to the ICI Paris

β β β β β Super friendly staff! They explain the products in detail and suggest suitable ones for you honestly. When you have customer card, you get promotions/discounts. Much better than "cheaper" stores in long term

β β β β β I bought two Chanel deosticks in November and yesterday I wanted to use the second one but it turned out be wrinkled and obviously something was wrong. I simply wanted to trade it in for a good one: I had bought deodorant regularly at this place and could show this on my bank account. But because it was bought in November, I (obviously) did not have a receipt anymore, and I have no member card, and therefore they could do nothing for me. Unbelievable. I returned something they sold that was clearly malfunctioning. They have lost a loyal customer.
