★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no manager to control the employees wich are not only slow but some actually just standing there... I have nothing but respect for the workers but I can't find a justifiable reason for what I saw last time I was here... inside it was packed with customers waiting for the orders, I waited 25m for mine, and you only get your order faster if you go to the counter and ask for it... disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last few times I was there, they were super slow, I waited 45min for a icecream. Another time they let alot of stuff/food fall on the ground and they even forget half of my order. I wouldnt recommend lol. Employees are just doing nothing and Im questioning the quality of the food now. I m not going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here from Uber eats. Gave the wrong order, had to catch a bus to fix it and they weren't believing me. Ordered food for a party worth over 50 euros and they sent me a wrap and a drink worth 12 euros. I was totally outraged and they were not gonna give me my food or refund if I wasn't insistant that the food is mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved for m the Hague. There the KFC was great, Burger King was awful. In Arnhem they switched the two around. In Arnhem go to burger king and skip the KFC.
