“When I took an appointment with Nathalie, following the advice of a friend, I didn’t expect really much because I had already tried almost everything, many different therapists, and I was taking many food supplements, although not very consistently, with very limited results.
Nathalie re-structured the intake of food supplements in a daily schedule, replaced some supplements with others which are beter assimilated by our body, and advised me to stop with many supplements I was taking. She also added some plants and homeopathic granules. And indeed, I was very surprised to see that my symptoms became much less in a few months, and my energy increased. When it was getting much better, she advised me to continue with a few supplements all the time, and start taking the other ones in case my symptoms would get worth again.

“I had a strange skin disease which the GP and dermatology treated with cortisol cream, but after some time it became worse and I had very big red eruptions very itching. Nathalie asked many questions about when it started, what happened before it started and my life environment. She also defined a treatment addressing different underlying causes such as food allergies, yeast infection or auto-immune process. After a few weeks it became beter and slowly disappeared, so that I could stop with the treatment. Nathalie still advised me to move: I was living in a student room in Amsterdam with much moisture on the walls. I moved a few months later to a heathier room.
