Lederen bank en stoel gekocht bij Lederland Amsterdam, erg prettig en vakkundig geholpen door John. We kregen een probleempje met de stoel. Gebeld naar de zaak, kwamen direct thuis om de hoezen van de stoel op te halen. Na een paar weken werden de 2 nw hoezen keurig thuis gebracht. Dus een hele goede service. Dus Lederland Amsterdam, bij jullie is het prima kopen. Bedankt voor de prettige en goede service.
Leather sofa and chair bought at Lederland Amsterdam, very pleasant and expertly helped by John. We had a problem with the chair. Called the store, got home straight away to pick up chair covers. After a few weeks the 2 new covers were neatly brought home. So a very good service. So Lederland Amsterdam, it is fine to buy from you. Thank you for the pleasant and good service.

In mei 2020 hebben we hier een compleet set aangekocht twv € 7.065,-. Het betreft een 3-zits bank, fauteuil, eetbank en 4 eetstoelen. Na 4 maanden zijn de spullen geleverd. Bij levering zag ik direct een scheurtje op één van de stoelen. Ook was de onderstel vd eetbank manco. De fauteuil heeft 3 plekken van beschadiging. En zitkussens van de bank zijn niet allemaal even hoog en de middelste poten hangen in de lucht ipv stabiel op de grond. Dit zijn een hoop mankementen voor een nieuwe levering af fabriek. Waar ik zo naar uitkeek bleek een zware teleurstelling. Uiteraard alles tijdens levering aangegeven en met foto’s aangetoond richting de klantenservice. Aan de telefoon vriendelijk geholpen door de eerste aanspreekpunt van de klantenservice Renate; alles zou opgelost worden werd mij beloofd. Wat ik ook jammer vond tijdens levering was dat ik alles moest betalen. Na aandringen €150,- euro achtergehouden voor het ontbreken vd onderstel vd eetbank. Terwijl dit totaal niet in verhouding staat voor een eetbank twv €1.925,-. Bovendien moest ik halverwege de levering al aftikken, terwijl mijn spullen nog niet volledig binnen was gezet. Na ons eerste contact had ik nog enigszins hoop dat ze dit zouden rechtzetten. Want hoe kan je als bedrijf zijnde dit soort leveringen van je fabrikanten accepteren? Dat moest wel goed komen dacht ik naïef. Maar na verloop van de tijd kwam ik erachter dat de klantenservice nauwelijks reageert op mijn mails en áls ze al mailen is dit zonder concrete oplossingen. De enige oplossing volgens Lederland is het repareren van de meubels door een herstelbedrijf. Ik accepteer dit echter niet. Ik ga geen nieuw gekochte spullen die op maat zijn gemaakt laten repareren. We hebben niet eens gebruik gemaakt van de spullen die hier in de woonkamer aan de kant staan. Ik word behandeld alsof ik 2e hands spullen heb gekocht. Dit alles is zeer frustrerend, want mijn woonkamer staat al 3 weken vol met spullen die ik niet wil hebben. Ik had ondertussen verwacht dat er een expert van Lederland zou langskomen om met eigen ogen de spullen te beoordelen. Ook dit gebeurt niet. En ik ben nog steeds in afwachting van een fatsoenlijke reactie op deze schandalige levering. Indien Lederland geen stappen onderneemt moet ik helaas juridische stappen ondernemen. Ik hoop dat mensen eerst de klantenreacties op internet nalezen over Lederland. Ik heb dat niet gedaan en ik heb daar gigantische spijt van. 25/9 = bijzonder om hier per toeval een reactie van Lederland te lezen. Dit was geen vraag naar jullie, maar een review. Wellicht is het handig om de mails te beantwoorden ipv op een review te reageren. Grappig dat de grove mankementen als 'aandachtspunten' worden omschreven. Het is werkelijk ongelofelijk dat jullie maar blijven hameren op herstel, terwijl een professioneel bedrijf dit niet hoort te accepteren van hun leverancier. De 'expert' (filiaalhouder Utrecht) heeft met eigen ogen kunnen constateren dat de complete levering ver onder niveau zit. Alleen jammer dat óók deze meneer het niet voor elkaar krijgt bij de leidinggevende om de fabrikanten in gebreke te stellen en de koop te ontbinden. De hoge verkoopprijzen geven de indruk dat je kwaliteit koopt, maar van kwaliteit kunnen we absoluut niet spreken. Het concept van Lederland is nu heel helder voor mij; goedkope inkoop van lage-loon-landen, waardoor Lederland zelf ook geen optie heeft inkopen terug te sturen naar leverancier. Ze hebben alleen recht op inkoop en geen service. BUY = BYE!
In May 2020 we bought a complete set here worth € 7,065. It concerns a 3-seater sofa, armchair, dining sofa and 4 dining chairs. The items will be delivered after 4 months. Upon delivery I immediately saw a crack on one of the seats. The frame of the dining bench was also missing. The armchair has 3 spots of damage. And the seat cushions of the sofa are not all the same height and the middle legs hang in the air instead of stable on the ground. These are a lot of defects for a new delivery from the factory. What I was looking forward to so much turned out to be a serious disappointment. Obviously, everything indicated during delivery and shown with photos to customer service. Friendly help on the phone by Renate's first point of contact for customer service; everything would be resolved I was promised. What I also found unfortunate during delivery was that I had to pay for everything. After insistence € 150, - euro was kept for the lack of the chassis of the dining bench. While this is totally disproportionate for a dining bench worth € 1,925. In addition, I already had to tick off halfway through the delivery, while my things had not yet been fully delivered. After our first contact I had some hope that they would rectify this. Because as a company, how can you accept these kinds of deliveries from your manufacturers? That had to be fine, I thought naively. But after a while I found out that customer service hardly responds to my emails and if they already email, this is without concrete solutions. The only solution according to Lederland is to repair the furniture by a repair company. However, I do not accept this. I am not going to have newly bought custom items repaired. We didn't even use the stuff that is on the side here in the living room. I am treated as if I have bought second hand stuff. All this is very frustrating, because my living room has been full of things I don't want for 3 weeks. In the meantime I had expected that an expert from Lederland would come by to assess the items with my own eyes. This does not happen either. And I'm still waiting for a decent response to this outrageous delivery. If Lederland does not take steps, I will unfortunately have to take legal steps. I hope that people first read the customer reactions on the internet about Lederland. I didn't and I really regret it. 25/9 = special to accidentally read a response from Lederland here. This was not a question for you, but a review. It may be useful to reply to emails instead of responding to a review. Funny that the gross defects are described as 'points of attention'. It is truly unbelievable that you keep insisting on recovery, when a professional company should not accept this from their supplier. The 'expert' (branch owner Utrecht) has noticed with his own eyes that the complete delivery is far below standard. It is a pity that even this gentleman cannot get it together with the manager to declare the manufacturers in default and cancel the purchase. The high sales prices give the impression that you are buying quality, but we absolutely cannot speak of quality. The concept of Lederland is now very clear to me; cheap purchasing from low-wage countries, which means that Lederland itself has no option to return purchases to the supplier. They are only entitled to purchase and no service. BUY = BYE!

Would never deal with them again, very poor customer service, expensive prices and only keen on getting your money. Don’t trust anything and read well the fine print or conditions they put for you. Be cautious about delivery periods.

Worst customer service experience ever. Told me in the store things that they couldn't actually deliver and I found this out the day that the bank was delivered. Delivery was estimated to be 6weeks and they confirmed to me they would try their best to make it. It took 16(!) weeks and had to keep asking them multiple times when it would be delivered, no pro-active communication from their end whatsoever. Even when it clearly showed that I was very unhappy with the service and communications at that point, nobody bothered to call or email. Color of leather is different then in store as well. For a 5k bank this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. Would strongly advice not to go here.

I've been waiting twelve weeks for a sofa to be delivered and this is what I got, a sofa with holes on it. And no one was accountable. Since I could find a way to directly reply to the owner's response I'm adding it to my original review notes: I am very glad that you raised this issue again here so that I can answer you freely without being threatened by the employees of your company. The fact that the installation of the sofa was done at my instructions is not true. This claim is merely a refusal to accept their mistakes. I changed the direction of relax components at the time of ordering and all the details of the order were sent with the sofa at the time. Even during the installation, when they started to install in the wrong direction, I warned them that this was not something I had ordered, but the installers started installing without paying attention to this point, and after a few hours of struggling, finally after contacting with the company they realized the issue. After this incident, not only did the company accept the mistake of its employees, but by threatening me to pay fine, they forced me to accept the damaged furniture. I shared my opinion about this company here so that buyers are aware that they do not have high expectations from this company regarding customer rights.

Lederland_NL sold incompetent and unsafe product advertised in their catalogue so they can later charge you cancelation fee after you are forced to cancel the order due to them not being able to deliver. I summaries their approach as FRAUD since I chose a product from their catalogue which after 3 months they have informed me it is unsafe to deliver their product due to instability of the table. After canceling, they still charged me 30% cancelation fee.

The worst ever customer and maintenance service experience. Very disappointed. Very soon i am going to sue them, already in discussion with my lawyer. I bought a new sofa in February 2018 and paid more than €1600/- but they cheated me and delivered a used/second hand sofa instead of a new one. The sofa was squeaking and making terrible noises from the very first day and I even mentioned it to the delivery guys also. I complained about it and they send the technician after a month, who fixed it temporarily (for hardly 3 days). It started squeaking and making noises again after 3 days. I called customer service again in December 2018 and it is almost 2 months now but every time they make excuses. They do not attend calls, they do not answer emails also. If they answer call then they just give lollipops and make lame excuses, nothing else. I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid Lederland at all costs. Please do not waste your money and time. I have very strong proofs so I am going to sue them very soon.
