O	Oscar Schrover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparatie gevraagd van MacBook Pro. De rekening bleek 100 euro hoger te zijn, zonder nieuwe accu. Na controle bleek een oude accu geplaatst met 579 cycles. Mijn oude accu was beter dan de 'nieuwe'. Reparatie twee keer uitgesteld. Mijn advies: adres in Amsterdam zoeken. Repair requested from MacBook Pro. The bill turned out to be 100 euros higher, without a new battery. After checking, it turned out that an old battery was installed with 579 cycles. My old battery was better than the 'new' one. Repair postponed twice. My advice: find an address in Amsterdam.

Daags erna was hij al weer gerepareerd. Grote klasse Erwin. En de prijs?? het is ongelofelijk. € 165,30 excl. BTW. In the spring of 2017 I gave my Macbook air a good glass of wine. That was the end of the exercise. On the internet I found Erwin, after a phone call I brought the laptop to him. He was repaired the next day. Great class Erwin. And the price ?? it is unbelievable. € 165.30 excl. VAT.

Ook een terugbelafspraak wordt niet nagekomen. Ik kan niet beoordelen of reparaties vakkundig worden uitgevoerd, maar de bereikbaarheid is erg slecht. Several times requested to perform a laptop part replacement, but no response anymore, following inquiries by marketplace message, text message and email. A call-back appointment is also not fulfilled. I cannot judge if repairs are being done professionally, but accessibility is very poor.

Ik heb de computer eerst naar een "expert" in Amsterdam gebracht die na twee weken wachten met een belachelijk voorstel van €520 kwam om de onderdelen te vervangen en hier zou ik dan ook nog eens drie extra werkdagen op moeten wachten. Via Marktplaats contact opgenomen en ik kon meteen terecht bij PC Hooft. Ik kon wachten terwijl de laptop gemaakt werd en binnen slechts 30 minuten was mijn laptop weer helemaal de oude en voorzien van authentieke Apple onderdelen. Het was voor minder dan de helft van de prijs en de snelle service zeker de reis vanuit Amsterdam waard. Tot slot reageren ze ook snel en kan je er zelf in het weekend terecht! I was able to wait while the laptop was being made and within just 30 minutes my laptop was completely old and equipped with authentic Apple parts. It was well worth the trip from Amsterdam for less than half the price and the fast service. Finally, they also respond quickly and you can go there yourself at the weekend!

Koop hij zelf tweehands Laptops macbooks via marktplaats vervolgens verkoopt hij verder in onderdelen als marge product hij geeft nooit aan dat het een tweedehands product is. en verkoopt hij als prijs van origineel nieuwe. Prijs afgesproken bij de afspraak bleek niet op voorraad was ! heeft ons belooft om het te bezorgen volgende dag volgende dag was hij er natuurlijk niet uiteindelijk duurde het twee weken na meedere malen bellen en contact. tot dat de macbook terug hebben gekregen en moesten dan ook EXTRA betalen dan de afgesproken bedrag anders neemt hij mee terug. ongelooflijk abusrd en onbeschoft. Komt zijn afspraken niet na is zeker niet professioneel onbeschoft totaal niet zakelijk en slordig. hun werkplek is een bende alles door elkaar. ik zou nooit iemand aanraden om met hem zaken te doen gewoon vermijderen en zoeken naar betere alternatieven in de market. Very rude seller "repairman" amateur. He buys two-hand Laptops macbooks via marketplace, then he sells in parts as a margin product, he never indicates that it is a second-hand product. and sells as the price of original new. Price agreed upon the appointment turned out to be out of stock! promised us to deliver it next day next day, of course he was not there eventually it took two weeks after several calls and contact. until the macbook have received back and had to pay EXTRA than the agreed amount otherwise it will be taken back. incredibly abusrd and rude. Does not meet his agreements is certainly not professionally rude, not at all business and sloppy. their workplace is a mess all mixed up. i would never recommend anyone to do business with them just avoid and look for better alternatives in the market.
