★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really know what is there to rate about a parking but I didn't have any problem. Parking is right beneath the Mall Hoog Catharijne in Utrecht, so perfect position, and it is very well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive. You can book your parking spots online which costs 15 Eur when you park between 10 am and 12pm. This is still expensive but a fair price for the location, which is really good. However there were no spots available so we had to go there without a reservation. While entering the parking garage we saw that the prices were outrageous: for 7 minutes (!!) you have to pay 0,50 Eur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice looking garage. However really poor equipped regarding charging facilities. The garage has 5 levels but only 9 or 10 charging spots. Really not enough especially considering the dutch car fleet is rapidly going electric!
