β β β β β The place is pretty small, but there's everything you need. Free WiFi, vending machines for snacks, shavers etc, a pantry (with a fridge), clean sheets, lockers and shared bathrooms. It's close to the city centre and museums as well. If you're a backpacker then this is fantastic. If you have a luggage then it's going to be a huge inconvenience. Overall, the service and 2 star hotel is what it is.

β β β β β First think when you walk in, are strait and high stairs, and wird smell (but just on stairs). Recepcion is on the top, staff was very nice (Especially the girl with a long black hair). They have cat, which is very cute, but she walks everywhere (If someone is allergic to cats, I don't recommend...). The room was expected, it was small, I was in 6 dorm bed, and almost every day we have new rommies, but all of them was very cool and pretty quiet (I recommends to use ear plugs and eye mask for better sleep, because some girl come at 3am, some must go at 5am and street are noisy.) You have to buy or bring your own towel(they have on reception it's 5β¬ for small and 7β¬ for big.) also shampoos..., you can ask on reception for hairdryer if you need. In rooms they have lockers, but you must buy or bring your own locker ( 4β¬ on reception). Very close it's Albert Hejn market which is very good. It's near musemums an parks (Van Gogh museum, Rijsk museum, Vondelpark, Moco musemum...) and about half hour walk to the Central station, Dam square... Location is very good, comfor not, if you come with frends and you will spend lot of time outise and only come to hostel to sleep, it's ok.

β β β β β Is the cheapest place I found but still this is not an excuse for the poor service. No kitchen, no washing machine, no food allowed to bring in, no drinks allowed to bring in. The shower is good but you can't change the temperature is always hot, too hot and it's difficult to relax and wash properly. When I arrived I paid 5% more because I used my card instead to pay in cash, someone could tell me before so I would stop to an ATM machine. So far is the worst hostel I have been.

β β β β β Right by the museum district and <10min walk to an airport bus stop. Very clean hostel (employees were in the room every day around 10ish to vacuum and wipe down the in-suite sink) with comfy beds. Lockers need a padlock (luggage locks won't work). Really small common space, but it has a microwave, electric kettle, and mini fridge. One bathroom per floor, but there was never a long wait since there are only 2 rooms. Showers are those press button for 15 seconds of water kind and the hot water came and went. Staircases are very steep with narrow steps so don't book if you have accessibility issues. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed, so air out a bit before returning from the coffeeshops. 5 stars for the hostel cat :)

β β β β β Very bad experience, Very less space between each bed that not even a person can stand. Lower bed of each bunk bed is very uncomfortable as one cannot sit properly on it, Poor ventillation in the rooms and not proper air circulation. Only one bathroom and toilet for a complete floor ( about 24 people). There is no common space or kitchen, not even microwave.
Its too expensive for such an accommodation and you have to pay for each and every other additional service , like for locker in room, luggage storage after checkout, towels etc. Everything has to be paid only by cash
Inspite of this the bed bugs will not allow you to sleep whole night,
Only good thing is that the receptionists will talk to you very friendly and welcoming

β β β β β I was robbed something I left in reception for "safety";
the staff sleeps at night and some will be nasty to you for waking them up to ask for help;
you can't access or leave the building comfortably because the narrow stairs are straight after the door so you have to crush yourself to get in or out (dangerous in case of evacuation);
I was charged twice for a ticket because the staff didn't know how to do it. I was refunded for the extra one but I had to pay for the international comission twice;
the room was ridiculously tiny and the beds uncomfortable;
we had 1 portable 2-step stool to get to the bunker beds, which was so small you had to actually climb with nowhere to hold;
we weren't left enough toilet roll for 6 people and run out half day through every day;
I complained twice and my emails were ignored.

β β β β β For the price i think it was good, the staff were very nice and always ready to help. As all the other feedback, the room was small but again for that price, i think it's okay, besides when you are in Amsterdam, you don't want to spend your day in the room, you need just to sleep.
Another thing is that the showers could be better, some of which are really very small (Hobbits size).
I would recommend this :)
