★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Zuid Studio regularly cancels weekend classes within less then 2 hours prior to class. Not reliable (they say due to poor attendance) if you want to have a good schedule / routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mats are becoming problematic for practicing. They are very worn out, falling apart, and smelly. Please upgrade guys! I like many of the teachers here and going to the studio is very straightforward. If you’re looking for yoga glam this isn’t the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Hot Flow Yoga for a few years now, the Jordan location is amazing with a beautiful room and the loveliest woman (Swedish!) running it! The location in Oud Zuid though is another story. The changing room is very smelly, there is a tiny tiny restroom in the actual yoga studio where anyone in the room hears every drip (and the lock on the door wasn't working for months) so make sure you don't need to go if you are coming here! I was encouraged to buy a 20 pack even though I was going away for some months and the pack expires in 3 months. It was explained to me that I could freeze the pack and use them when I got back. Today I was back but told that I had to pay for the class. And that the 15 classes that I had paid for and not used were gone. It left me with a rotten taste in my mouth. This place just wants to make money out of you, very "un-yogi". They clearly don't know what it means to keep a customer happy! There are so many great yoga spots in Amsterdam like the Jordan location or Delight Yoga and I don't see a reason to ever go back to this spot again. Namaste!

Unisex changing room(means it's uncomfortable to 'actually' change outfits) and one shower room made me unpleasant after hot yoga class, since I need to take a tram back home after having sweated. The teacher kept looking on her phone and just gave instruction by words. At the same time, she was talkative and made an unnecessary sexist joke. Quite distracting in general.
