★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little rooms in an Appartement-House, central Middelburg, not a Hotel though. Decorated with an eye for details. Only the very narrow and steep staircase might not be for everyone, especially with suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Free coffee, tea; new hotel rooms, tidy. No reception, electronic keys. Negative: Located on a noisy crossroad. Every car or a company of people is heard loudly; vending machine contains something for 12 euro, no way to know what it is. Expensive property, so hotel rooms are really small.
