Hotel Buenos - Zwembadweg 15

Het bed was comfortabel. De kamer was ruim en het uitzicht vanaf de kamer was ook mooi. Daarmee is alles eigenlijk ook wel gezegd. De ligging was oké, maar niet heel bijzonder. Bij de boeking heb ik bij het kopje ‘privé suggesties aan de accommodatie’ gevraagd om een rustig gelegen kamer. Eenmaal aangekomen bij de accommodatie, bleek er een bruiloft te zijn. Daar werd het feest dan ook gehouden. Met als gevolg: erg veel harde muziek. Wij houden ook van een feestje, maar niet als je een weekendje weg boekt, je vraagt om een rustig gelegen kamer en je de hele avond MOET mee ‘genieten’ van de muziek. Het hotel was tevens super erg gehorig. Wanneer er een deur dicht ging, klonk dit als een keiharde klap. De ingang en uitgang voor de bruiloftsgasten was dan ook precies onder onze kamer gelegen. De douche in de badkamer lekte water. Tevens veel vlekken op de muur. Kamer zelf was ook niet heel netjes afgewerkt. Je kan in de accommodatie zelf op de dag vóór de de dag van ontbijten aangeven dat je ontbijt wil boeken. Dit werd ook nog eens geserveerd op de gang vóór onze kamer. Dit ontbijt leek ook erg summier.. 2 kleine koelkastjes en eierkokers die je zelf moet bedienen. Bij de volgende ochtend voor het uit checken was er geen personeel te vinden in het hele hotel / restaurant. Restaurant was zelfs dicht? We hebben de sleutels dan ook maar op de balie neer gelegd. Deze punten hebben we dus ook niet terug kunnen geven aan het personeel omdat er niemand was. Bijzondere ervaring.

We hebben een overnachting gehad van 18 /19 september we kwamen laat in de avond aan, er was niemand. We hadden de kamer met kingsize bed. Het bed had lakens met gaten erin en in 1 kussensloop zat een grote scheur. Op de wand bij de wastafel in de douche zat allemaal tandpasta ( hopen we) het ontbijt waar we €12,50 voor betaald hebben stond de avond van aankomst met brood en eieren al in de koelkast op de gang. Koude gekookte eieren vinden wij niet lekker, het brood was erg droog, de hagelslag was wit uitgeslagen, de 2 kleine plakjes kaas!! Lagen half onder de vleeswaren op 1 bord De koffie automaat had te weinig cupjes wij hadden voor ons twee maar geen tweede bakje koffie Er was in de ochtend ook niemand te zien van het personeel ook het restaurant is niet open gegaan zodat we daar misschien nog een kopje koffie konden nemen of vragen konden stellen. Al met al is ons verblijf in Hotel Buenos erg tegen gevallen en we zullen het niet snel aanprijzen aan onze vrienden.

Great location, nice room with balcony. We eat in the restaurant, nice food and friendly staff.

Nice hotel with lovely views, we stayed here a couple of days And is was realy Nice. Friendly staff, fine clean and Nice decorated room. In front of the hotel is a lake, you can wall arround, very nice! Room has a Nice shower, good towels and a big flatscreen tv with a lot of Chanels. We recomend this hotel to Everyone

It is such an awful experience!! I forgot my PASSPORT in the room and after the 'service' of the hotel, the passport is LOST!!! I asked for help from the hotel, the host refused to provide ANY help at all, not even A BIT and said that this is ALL my fault! If you do not want to experience the same, I will strongly suggest you NOT to, even once in your life, try to step in this hotel. The living experience is bad and the so-call service is awful and ridiculous. NEVER, ever try this hotel.

This cannot really be classed as a hotel, more like rooms above a steakhouse. The whole place was dirty and worn, the room looked like a place adult movies are made with coloured LED lights around the railing. Breakfast was awful with clearly Day-old rolls, dirty egg cups and even a half empty pot of jam in the condiment bowl, left from previous guests. This is not the lovely relaxing retreat they marketed themselves as. The recommendation from us is: choose somewhere Else to stay!

The hotel is actually a Steakhouse, which is renting out a few rooms above the restaurant. Our room was really spacious and variedly equipped, but unfortunately the details could not withstand a close look. Some things were broken (like the built in sunblind of the window or a missing lightbulb in one lamp), some items missing (like a hairdryer or a bigger waste basket). The room was not really clean upon our arrival - not dirty, but it was obvious, that the cleaning was not done perfect, which you would (especially in Covid times) expect. The staff was not very welcoming, when we arrived (on the other hand, the other staff at the restaurant was really friendly), but a bad day can happen to anyone. Although the rooms are situated above the restaurant, the noise level was acceptable, but you could hear people talking in the house (so this might bother clairaudient people at night). The Steakhouse itself is really recommendable, had some good steaks there, the surrounding of the hotel could easily get an upgrade, if things were better cleaned up.
