S	Steven Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel in a good location, ten min walk to Central Station. Hotel reception and communal areas were dated and in need of a refurb. Room was better, basic but clean, what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Room was not well soundproofed, could hear noise from other guests. Soap and tea/coffee items were not replenished during our four night stay. We had brought our own, but would have had to ask staff otherwise. Free coffee machine in reception area was a bonus.

We arrived on Saturday evening with our two children thinking that we had won the Jackpot, the result of the races we did not sleep all night because other residents were allowed to make so much noise that we asked to change room, done in the morning but we got a room just as rotten as the previous one. Zero comfort on the beds and it is so hot in the rooms because no air conditioning is still absurd that he does not hesitate to air conditioning is still the minimum. The room did not have air conditioning we were treated to fans, just shocked that in 2021 a hotel does not have air conditioning. The room was not clean and neither suitable for the family. TV doesn't work. And they don't even have a microwave in the kitchen to help out a family with children, for example. And to top it off we were treated to an unbearable noise related to the draft. So my stay in Amsterdam was nightmarish and my children didn't want to stay anymore ?. Considering the price for me it's totally a rip off. To really avoid.
M	Martin Michalicek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, well located, but 3* - no services hotel. Clean and quite big rooms not recovering whole feeling. Issues with WiFi. Not only due to Covid no nearby coffee to have breakfast and be careful which room have you be using.
S	Saheeda Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was sooo nice. Perfect location from the train station, about a 7-10 minute walk. The front desk workers were super helpful and kind. The cleaning service people were also really nice. They replaced toilet paper, bins and towels daily. The rooms were spotless. I checked every little corner (because I'm a paranoid germaphobe haha), but there weren't any specs of dirt or dust. Overall it was a really nice stay. The stairs are typical dutch stairs, very steep and narrow. However, there is an elevator that takes you to the second floor so no need to worry. Perfect 10/10 and I will definitely stay here again!

The best thing is the complimentary coffe that they offer to their guests and also they provode any recommendation for the best restuarants and activities to do arround. The rooms are nice and clean but the most funny thing is the elevator / lift truck, it is soo slow and have to keep the button pressed to function jajajjajaj , the stairs are so narrow that could make it t not comfortable to use. But for me no kids no strollers it was not a big problem. The covid protocols were followed in the hotel and also in the city restaurants and museums.

It's location is just right to be close to everything and yet quite and relaxed at the same time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was quite spacious for the attic/3rd floor just got to watch those steps. It is less than 5 minute walk via Chinatown to the centre of Amsterdam from the hotel and about 10 minutes to the train station.

The rooms had everything needed for a short stay and everything was spotless. The staff encountered at reception and throughout our stay were friendly, courteous and helpful. We would definitely book this hotel again when I next travel to Amsterdam.
