P	Paola Musoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting rooms with the oldest carpets, stinky rooms, stairs at the entrance to the hotel, steep ramps going up the floors from the elevator, dirty and nasty hotel - DO NOT RECOMMEND! It’s NOT a 4stars hotel, please avoid wasting your money like we did. The receptionist/manager are not helpful, awful service, NH are not actually working at the reception desk (workers confirmed themselves they were NOT from NH hotel, weird!), kettle didn’t work in the room, lighting/plug didn’t work, bathtub so high and slippery we almost fell every time. So much NOISE from floors above/below (i.e. toilet flushing, banging on the floor, door opening and closing, etc.) or from housekeeping (cleaning, opening water, hoovering, walking, opening/closing doors, etc.) or just people walking in the corridor - all in all, it’s a horrendous hotel.
R	Richi Menoyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently in the hosted in the hotel (unfortunately) with very poor conditions and service from front desk staff. No air condition, strange noise from a motor outside the window which cant let me sleep, and front desk answer is: upgrade your room paying more per night! So it’s not enough to be in a 4 star to have a minimum service? I have try to cancel the booking to leave this nightmare but they would not give any money back. To end up, they have no parking tickets for discount (they say in booking they have parking) but THEY NOT. Will never ever come back, my advise for everyone will be to stay away from it.

It's in the the center of Rotterdam and on walking distance to many restaurants and places to see. Breakfast The breakfast was extensive and clean. They put little fans that keep flies away and all breakfast is marked with for example contains milk, gluten etc People The people in the hotel were extreme friendly and kind. Clean The hotelrooms were Clean and also there was good room cleaning. Who come at the afternoon so we could wake up at 10 and be fine. In the hotelroom there were cups for your toothbrush, little handsoup, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Also there was a fan and water boiler for making thee and coffee. The bad:. Noise! The noise in the room was like there was no windows In it.. I slept with earplugs as otherwise it was impossible to sleep. You can buy these in the shop downstairs, but it would have been nice if these were present in the rooms. The ugly The room has no view, single glass and so felt quiet cold. It would help to have double windows also for the noise. Final verdict. If you need a quick place to stay this is fine. If you cannot stand noise then stay away and settle for a further walk to the center. I would not mind sleeping here again. It being in a quiet place.

Some rooms are normal for a 4 star hotel, but others not: they don't deserve 2 stars: old fashioned, holes in the carpet, no air conditioning... That's the reason for so many discordant opinions about this place. Awful!! Clients don't deserve that. Avoid rooms with white-colored doors.

D	Diana Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good. You can hear everything for the rooms near you. Couldn’t sleep good because you can hear the doors opening from the room next door. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are ok. Bed and pillows were not comfy, bouncy bed. View is good.
T	Tale Fakic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is somewhat decent, other than that nothing special. The room had this stale smell and was obviously not cleaned properly. Bathroom was a bit dirty and did not even have a little bar of soap. Internet is slow, TV is useless and I have a view of a garage

Great location(downtown Rotterdam close to bijenkorf and entire shopping area with whatever you can think of)the receptionists were nice. It's reasonable for the location but I won't rate it a "4 star" hotel.
