The staff is polite and we wanted to stay for one extra day. They helped us find a new hotel since they were booked.
The breakfast is okey and the wifi is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms and great location. Breakfast is not worth the price. Dont plan on using the wifi either - I was on the 3rd floor and it was basically unusable. I was hoping to get some work done, but it was impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent hotel. Breakfast was a bit under par for choice but everything we ate was decent. Quiet location and only a few mins walk away from most of the museum's and a tram stop to get you to other parts of amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty hotel close to the VondelPark, which is a very good location (and also 2 blocks from Tram). Receptionists treated us well, giving all help and informaiton we need. The room was very confortable with enough space to fit two persons confortably. .Bathroom was also good. Breakfast was pretty good. All in all, a very nice experience besides that the elevator din't work.
I recommend it and certainly go back when in Amsterdam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value. The hotel staff is very helpful and the property is modern and exceptionally clean. It is a peaceful place to come back to after a day or night out in Amsterdam. It is one block off of the number 2 and 5 tram line so access to central Amsterdam is easy. We will be returning to the city in a few weeks and will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff, clean rooms and great location, especially for the price. The breakfast was delicious and a large spread. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I lost my lighter and the front desk man lent me his own. Anytime we had questions they were more than happy to get us answers. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sized rooms for Amsterdam in a nice quiet area. Still super close to the rail to get into town. Breakfast is tasty but not a great deal of choice at a small continental style with some eggs and bacon in the side. A bit closed in in the basement where you eat. Male desk staff could do with a bit of a customer service lesson though. Tried booking a shuttle to the airport to just get pointed at the shuttle sign with the prices and contact info. Female desk staff were the polar opposite and super helpful.
