★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smallest hotel room I have ever seen, and the narrowest bed I ever slept in.
Shower stall no door or curtain, showerhead pointed at the wall, impossible to get water on yourself unless you hold and direct the shower head. The place is clean, has a wine bar on the ground floor which by the looks of it is not very busy.Convenient location all of downtown is within easy walking distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are the nicest people you'll meet in any hotel in the area. The cafe downstairs has a very nice menu but the thing that sets it apart is the assortment of wines and the gentleman that shows them to you literally knows about every one of them and takes the time to explain each one. If you want a quaint little getaway them this is your place. I miss it already.

Room was well equipped with a fan too. The room could have been a little cleaner due to dust but not a dirty room by any stretch of the imagination. Would return, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmospheric family hotel with warm staff and an incredible bar. When we went they had an open jazz night with professional musicians and an open mic - a real night to remember. Great location and superb beer and wine selection too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were slightly dated and the street outside was very noisy. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. A great experience, if you don't mind being woken up early by the bin collection outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and every minute I had to spend in the room I felt miserable. It had the comfort of a prison cell. Small, cold and dirty. Sure it had a convenient spot in the city, but when I stay at a hotel, I want the same comfort that I have at home, if not better! Especially for the price that they charge per night.
The staff was unprofessional as well. At one point there were some teenagers in the reception (which is connected to a bar) and drank wine. That gave a really strange feeling as well.
Definitely not a recommended place to stay in this beautiful city of Haarlem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stay at Raecks I was suprised by the customer service, really friendly and helpful. The rooms where ok, very neat but small. The bathroom was perfect, good shower and everything very clean.
The location is perfect, only 15 minutes away from the train station or the city center. They also have a very nice restaurant with great food and drinks.
If I ever decide to go to Zandvoort Circuit F1 again I will definitely book this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have not stayed at the hotel but had a dinner in the restaurant. Top service!!! One of the best experiences we had in Haarlem. Friendly staff, good wine, really nice food and amazing ambience. Definitely going back.
