I arrived here at a really busy saturday around 8pm. I tryed almost any Hotel till 200€ in the center. This was the only one left. Allready offput that they had free rooms and by the hasty way the epmloyee tryed to book me in gave me a good sense what to expect.I paid 140€ for one night. There was a strong gasoline smell in my room. The two beds looked okish at first. The room itself was small, dark and dirty. The bathroom was part of the room , not a given in amsterdam hotels in this pricerange. The shower and toilet where dirty, there was no soap but towels. With blood on them... .Absolutly disgusting place. The breaking point for me was when I came back later to find the biggest bedbugs you can imagine crawling all over the beds. I really wish i would've looked here instead of going there.

Next time definitely not this hotel. I can not even call that a hotel. Very poor service. When we arrived, the lady at the reception said, we have to wait few hours until our room is cleaned. Then we decided to look around in the city and wanted to just leave our luggages there. The lady said we can leave in the middle of the reception, she said it's safe there. We had to convince her to put our luggage to a safer place. That was already one point when I have become suspicious. Later when we saw the room, we got more disappointed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, lack of toilet papers and the bathroom was full of water after taking a shower. We couldn't open the windows, so everything was still wet until next morning. I don't know, what would have happened if stay longer than 2 days and 2 nights. I think they wouldn't even bring new towels or change the bin which had no lid on it. There was no wardrobe, I found a spider in the corner, dust and our duvet was also not well-cleaned. Just the end of the duvet, probably that's why it was so firmly squeezed under the mattres and they thought no one will notice. And then the worst thing: because after all I was more and more suspicious I had a feeling I should check under the bed. Then I found: A DEAD MOUSE IN A TRAP!!!! As soon as I saw it I run downstairs and said to the guy who speaks poor English so I guess he didn't understand everything what I said unfortunately. He took the mouse from under the bed so calmly, if it would be just a daily routine. He said: ITS JUST A TRAP!!! So is it normal in a hotel to put traps and I also found some boxes with poison behind doors and also under our bed. Next day I asked the woman at the reception who's cleaning the rooms. She said: the housekeeping company. I do not think so, otherwise how did it last so long (5hours) to clean a small room if it was still dirty and with a mouse. Specially I saw her husband in a mask just after we have arrived, so I guess they do it themselves. She said it's not allowed to eat in our room. Because the mouse comes. Other hotels having room service. That's why she said the mouse comes, because it really comes. Have you ever heard this in other hotels? They are an Asian couple just to let you know. Avoid this place!!! I should have checked the reviews sooner! Never ever back here!!!! This place needs a serious check!

Its disgusting. There were insects in my bed, I got bites all over my body, there's was a cat in the lobby, the carpets were dirty. The stuff is very rude. This place should be closed, I don't even know how it's allowed to be open. Don't even think on staying here, even your health could be compromised. I'll try to upload pictures of the insects in the beds and walls.

Extremely poor service, undistinguished and uninspired. The hotel was filthy, the staff were rude, the rooms were a vile cesspool of despair full of stained sheets, bedbugs, small blood stains on the wall, mouldy baths and dimly lit rooms that resembled crime scenes. It was extremely unrestful causing anxiety and apprehension when returning in the evenings. The lifts were outdated, slow and smelt of rotten feet, the corridors were filthy, full of stains, cigarette burns and dirty washing left out on the floors from other rooms. Avoid, avoid, avoid, do not stay here!!!!!

There are many insects in the room!!! I got serious skin disease after I lived at this hotel. When I asked to talk with the manager, the guy at reception told me the manager will not come and it's none of his business. I deeply regret to make this decision. I arrived so late that I didn't have other chose. If I knew how terrible it would be, I'd rather sleep on the streets. I sincerely suggest people DO NOT GO! This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. They should have minus one star!!!

Location is great as few minutes from train station..other than this no stars should be given to this hotel..rooms are dirty, smelly. Sink was blocked reported 3 times no body cared. Bugs in bed and room never cleaned once. Rooms very small hardly enough room to walk about. Staff very rude, they hardly speak English. Advice; stay away.

I would rate this 0 star's if I could. The place was filthy and rude staff. How has this place not been shut down yet? The bathroom was full of mould and bathroom tiles on the floor got so wet it was dangerous! Due to the poor shower curtain installed. 3 nights were enough in that hotel, next time I'll pay a bit extra for a nicer hotel which isn't a health risk.

This hotel does not deserve not even one star. Never again. The room was expensive, tiny, cramped, poor and fusty. Sad outlook on a roof full of rubbish, dirt and wasted drugs. We were not allowed to take food or sweets that we bought in the city upstairs in our room because this would attract mice, so the person at the reception told us. So we had to eat everything down in the hall. The elevator took 10 minutes to arrive on the floor and made horrible noises by moving. Moreover, the walls were very thin, so we could hear the other guests talking in their rooms. The only good thing about this "hotel" is the location, very central, near station and pedestrian zone.
