Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life and I am almost always in hotels around the world. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and the manager takes their side when you complain. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies.

The air conditioning made a lot of noise, you couldn't sleep. The shower drain was clogged and the bathroom flooded. Despite notifying the reception, it was not fixed. Do not fall in the trap

6 young people has booked 3 hotel rooms at your Hotel. They have filled out names, AGE, and home country. When they arrived at your hotel ,you told them that they where not old enough. They could not get the money back, and not get the rooms. And they cannot get in touch with your manager. Really bad service for your hotel. And for booking.com, where they have booked the rooms.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. No information about that you must be above 20 years old to check in the hotel.Because of their fault they still do not give a refund.To much information about deposit, but not a word is written about age or prepayment.THE WORST.NEVER GO THERE.

Great hotel and great location. Staff couldn't do enough, keeping us supplied with coffee and tea, and bringing our take aways to our door as restaurants etc. closed by 5pm. Thanks all.

The Hotel Service was very terrible, was there couple of weeks back and met the reception who was new and he booked I and my friend into two different rooms and after the booking he told us there was no room available and that we can cancel our booking later that morning from his colleague ( he admitted that he was wrong). I came back few hours later and got a confirmation of the refund and to get the money back in few days. It’s about 2 weeks now there was no refund called severally and spoke to colleagues at the customer care & including their manager, which was very rude and even hung up on me. Sent a lot of emails too but all to nothing. If it’s possible to score them less than a star I would have done so. Please never go there, it’s better to sleep at the train station than to go to this hotel in which the employees are all crooks.

Walked in to the manager picking her nose, didn't wash hands. Went down shortly after and same manager too busy on Instagram to help us with tram & bus times. No housekeeping as beds not made and food wrappers from previous guests under the bed. Hotel workers were too high to help with TV issues and could smell strong weed from them. Manager not interested in complaints about noisy guests next door which kept us awake all night. And lastly the manager decided to keep the deposit paid, claiming we broke the TV (which the worker did the day before) and wouldn't give it back, said she would call police and laughed and made fun of us in Dutch. Despicable and disgusting from top to bottom.

Booked this Hotel prior to COVID related restriction changes in the Netherlands. As the Hotel are unwilling to refund due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, I have asked if they would change the dates instead, a reasonable request... They have refused to change dates even though they could if they wanted to. What can I say? A Hotel which already has over half of it's reviews as One Star because of terrible customer service, you would assume they would gladly try to accommodate all customers when it is well within their power to do so. Reading through some (most) of the negative Reviews on Google, this place can't have long left, surely. Treating customers with nothing but contempt, not the best way to run a business.
