Hotmamahot Catering staat als creatieve cateraar bekend om eigenzinnig Asian streetfood. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan onze heerlijke bao buns, de instant klassieker patatje rendang of onze world famous sticky chicken wings.
Onze opdrachten verschillen van intieme diners tot professionele cateringen voor grote groepen, onze keuken is flexibel naar uw wensen.
Onze zakelijke klantenkring bestaat uit bedrijven als Spotify, Sonos, Paradiso, de Bijenkorf en Muziekgebouw aan het IJ. Als festivalcateraar werken wij samen met festivals als Lowlands, Woo Hah, Down the Rabbit Hole, Best Kept Secret en De Parade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben samengewerkt met HotMamaHot voor ons huwelijk voor 150 mensen in eigen tuin in Warmond en we hadden ons geen betere partij kunnen wensen.
Wij wilden graag een Mexicaans diner en ondanks dat hotmamahot meer van de asian streetfood is, zijn ze i.s.m. chef Haukon meteen de Mexicaanse boeken in gedoken om een super menu uit te denken. Het eten werd bijna allemaal bereid op een mega bbq en was één groot succes.
Behalve de catering heeft Vincent ons ook met heel veel andere dingen geholpen. Stretchtenten, vlonders, prikkabels, barpersoneel en de logistieke planning. Ze stonden altijd voor ons klaar en niks was teveel gevraagd.
Vincent, Haukon en iedereen van het Hotmamahot team, super bedankt voor alles! Mede door jullie hebben wij de meest waanzinnige dag uit ons leven gehad :). We zouden Hotmamahot 100 % aan iedereen aanraden!
 We teamed up with HotMamaHot for our wedding for 150 people in our own garden in Warmond and we couldn't have asked for a better party.
We wanted a Mexican dinner and although hotmamahot is more of the asian street food, they are in collaboration with. Chef Haukon immediately dived into the Mexican books to come up with a super menu. The food was almost all prepared on a mega bbq and was a great success.
Besides the catering, Vincent also helped us with many other things. Stretch tents, decking, pricking cables, bar staff and logistics planning. They were always there for us and nothing was too much to ask.
Vincent, Haukon and everyone from the Hotmamahot team, thank you so much for everything! Thanks to you we had the most amazing day of our lives :). We would 100% recommend Hotmamahot to anyone!
