★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today with my wife. And let me tell you, this is the place to get your Hublot watch. We were welcomed and guided by Mr Elwin. He shared the company's history and the intricate process of the incredible materials used in the new Hublot watches.
We had many questions, and as a watch nerd myself, it was a pure pleasure picking Elwins brain. We spent a good 30 minutes in the shop and the time just flew by. What a great experience. Other watch boutiques should take note. When I finally decide to buy a Hublot, this is where I will do it. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a watch of 15K euro and within 2 months water damage. In the shop I heard that's kind of normal for Hublot watches, if I want a waterproof watch I should get a Rolex watch with a coil spring. Under warranty they had to fix my watch of course, which took them more than a month, so I asked: you send it back to Zwitserland then? No just in the local workshop in the Netherlands. So why does it take so much time you wonder? Service level of shop not great: when I picked up the watch after it was fixed the watch was not put at the right time. With small gestures this kind of shop can differentiate themselves from cheap stores, cause they do ask the high price for the products. But this shop refuses to do so. So to summarize the experience: 1) low quality product. 2) low quality service.
