It was so busy on Sunday but the staff was super helpful and friendly.... few items was not in the store the staff went extra mile to order for me and also she advice me about the correct fitting of blazer for me . Overall I must say Excellent!

β β β β β Bad service. Wanted to buy an item that was not in the collection displayed but they had it in the back. The sales advisor refused to pick it and sell it even though the exact same things is sold online. She also had kind of rude attitude. Considered a little while to order online but bought similar product from arket instead. People working in stores should realise they present the brand and this kind of bad attitude is really not good for the brands identity

β β β β β I returned to the store my online order, and a sales assistant at the cash desk hasnβt reported a return. Now I have to waste lots of my time to proof this return and I still have to pay for the item I donβt have. I tried several times to call to the store - they simply donβt pick up. I use to like the brand, but at the moment the staff at the store seems to be not professional at all and really ruining the brand reputation. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

β β β β β Tried to order from a city outside of Amsterdam a quite big order of 250β¬ and yet I had to pay for shipping costs . The only way to get them free shipping is to pick your order from the physical store . Tried to communicate with their customer service via email and nobody replied on me . I didnβt placed my order eventually.

β β β β β Bad service! They donβt sell you the sales item during the day even if they are currently in stock telling you that they have already packed the items to send them back to the warehouse. What a good excuse? What a nice reason? The sale was still on but they just donβt want to sell.
