En daarnaast ook gewoon een fijn mens waarbij je je meteen thuis voelt.

Volgens de wet op de geneeskundige behandelingsovereenkomst hebben patiënten recht op inzage dan wel een afschrift van zijn/haar volledige dossier. Daarnaast mag je volgens de AVG ook geen vergoeding vragen voor het verstrekken van persoonsgegevens. Naast dit alles hebben zij mij ook niet geïnformeerd over eventuele kosten. Beste huisartsenpraktijk, waar gaat het hier mis?
