Ik ga al naar deze praktijk zo lang ik mij kan heugen (voorheen bij dokter Aalstein, nu al jaren bij Van Oort). Ik voel me altijd zeer serieus genomen en heb het idee dat er goed naar mij geluisterd wordt. Soms krijg ik een vervanger, maar ook die is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam, net als Van Oort
I have been going to this practice for as long as I can remember (previously with doctor Aalstein, now with Van Oort for years). I always feel taken very seriously and have the feeling that people listen to me. Sometimes I get a replacement, but he too is always friendly and helpful, just like Van Oort

Slechte balie medewerker die letterlijk over je roddelt als ze denkt dat je hebt opgehangen. Ik belde vandaag om 11.03 en vroeg me af of mijn inschrijving goed was ontvangen. Bleek dat ik me bij een andere huisarts had ingeschreven. Ze dacht dat ik had opgehangen en zei tegen der collega's: hoe kom je bij mij terecht? HINDERLIJK BLABLABLA. Heel onprofessioneel en niet klantvriendelijk.
Bad desk clerk who literally gossips about you when she thinks you hung up. I called today at 11:03 AM and wondered if my application had been received. Turns out I had registered with another GP. She thought I had hung up and said to the colleagues: how did you get to me? HORRIBLE BLABBLA. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly.

Honestly, I don't want to give even one star. This is just a complaint about N.Al Saudi's assistant. Really Really Really bad experiences with her, not only once, but at least three times (myself). She is selfishness and arrogancy if she has an international student client. Both of my friend and I wanted to register in the clinic and asked her politely with a lot of patient; however, she seemed to refuse speaking in English. At one time, I would to make an appoitment and said to her "I am really sory, I cannot speak dutch, could you be kind to speak English, please. I am sick for a few days, I need help fout times, while she still replied me in Dutch with an indifference face. I felt hopeless, despertated and almost cried. One client saw the whole procedure and came to help; then she stared to speak English and did the things that an assiant should do. I don't know why, it seems that she does not want to help international clients who cannot speak dutch (I download her picture from gezondheidcentrum Spoorlaan officail website). Btw, I have very good reputation on my good attitude to everyone, however, for her, I have to use all the legal ways to protect my rights. I could not image why she could work as an assitant in a service industry. I really hope her boss could give us an explanation.
