★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top huisarts, maar verschrikkelijk slecht telefonisch bereikbaar. Je zou bijna denken dat het werk van een receptioniste echt wat voorstelt. Ik kan de huisarts adviseren dit aan te passen.
Top doctor, but terribly difficult to reach by phone. You would almost think that the work of a receptionist really means something. I can advise the doctor to adjust this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De assistente vertelt me dat ik morgen tussen 3 en 5 maar weer moet bellen (ondanks het feit dat we een dag eerder hadden afgesproken) en dan neemt ze de telefoon niet op. Verder ook geen optie om een bericht achter te laten, zodat ze me kunnen terugbellen. Ik verga van de pijn ondertussen. Dan bel ik na 17:00 nog een keer en zegt het antwoordapparaat dat ze in gesprek is voor 10 minuten. Vervolgens kijk ik op Google en zie ik dat jullie om 17:00 al gesloten zijn! Laat het apparaat dan zoiets zeggen! Echt waardeloos zeg
The assistant tells me that I have to call again between 3 and 5 tomorrow (despite the fact that we had agreed a day earlier) and then she won't answer the phone. Furthermore, no option to leave a message so that they can call me back. In the meantime, I am in pain. Then I call again after 5 p.m. and the answer machine says that she is busy for 10 minutes. Then I look on Google and see that you are already closed at 17:00! Let the device say something like that! Really worthless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter Filius is een dokter naar mijn hart, luistert naar goed onderbouwde verhalen.
Het rehabilitatieproject met de geriatrische secretaresse ben ik minder over te spreken. Behalve onkundig, ook nog eens onaardig. Maar goed, de oudere generatie heeft daar wel vaker last van tegenwoordig en blijft gewoon zitten als kauwgom onder een schoen.
Filius vijf sterren-dokter, secretariaat kan ik geen sterren toekennen.
Doctor Filius is a doctor to my heart, listens to well-founded stories.
I am less satisfied with the rehabilitation project with the geriatric secretary. In addition to being ignorant, also unkind. But anyway, the older generation often suffers from this nowadays and simply stays put under a shoe like a chewing gum.
Filius five-star doctor, I cannot give stars to the secretariat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are okey if you manage to pass the reception. They have a horible planning system. You might have to make multiple appointments and wait a long time. However, the doctors are really professional and helpful.
