★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient practice and nice doctors, super modern and up to date (I work late hours, being able to plan an appointment in the evening is something more doctors should do!) One of the best in Amsterdam and much better than my old GP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless place. Impossible to make appointment at all. Phone appointment system does not work and their app is not working for maiking phone appointments as well. No response from those guys at all. The service degraded a lot after this place was rebranded to QUIN. They provide no service at all!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed with HAPK. The 2 stars are only for the reasonably nice website, otherwise would give zero. EU resident trying to see a doctor in Amsterdam. Registered online on the HAPK site, which the message says will be processed in 24 hours. Called the next day to make an appointment, but was put on hold for a half-hour (!). Then when the person came back to the phone, they said registrations take 2-3 days to be processed. When pointed out that the website and message says 24 hours to process registrations, the response was basically a shrug, with no attempt to find a solution. Will go to another clinic. Therefore, can't rate the actual medical care at this clinic, because never got in the door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They messed up my appointment for a confirmed medical intervention letting me waiting for another month. They were rude during the entire process. Don't go! They change to Quin Dokters now, same issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow response and even their replies aren't sometimes helpful and waste of time. Doctor might be busy, I know, BUT, I didn't feel helped at all. She just asked what I want, she prescribed and that's all. There was no advice or tips even examination. Even considering corona situation, their service is terrible.

When you have an appointment you basically have to tell the doctor yourself what you need and they prescribe a prescription. No advice or examination at al

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not even deserve 1 star. Quin doctor is horrible. The phone system is always more than a 2 hr wait to speak to someone, the app does not make appointments, and the assistants do a horrible job
