★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn erg fijn en snel geholpen voor onze dochter door deze huisarts, toen onze eigen huisarts dicht was en zij waarnam. Het contact verliep soepel, we voelden ons serieus genomen en we konden vrijwel meteen terecht. Dank!
We were very nice and quickly helped for our daughter by this doctor, when our own doctor was close and she observed. The contact went smoothly, we felt taken seriously and we could go almost immediately. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krijg niet meer de indruk dat klachten serieus genomen worden. Jammer want was voorheen heel tevreden. Ff snel gebeld worden vanuit de auto waar de aandacht toch minder is en slechts 1 dingetje wordt opgepakt, de ernstige depressie klachten worden genegeerd.
Gezien de geschiedenis v mijn moeder wordt de klacht die wel enigszins geadresseerd wordt ook niet serieus genomen.
Do not get the impression that complaints are taken seriously. Too bad because used to be very satisfied. Ff to be called quickly from the car where the attention is less and only 1 thing is picked up, the serious depression complaints are ignored.
Given the history of my mother, the complaint that is somewhat addressed is also not taken seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having lived in numerous places in the Netherlands, I have also had to change GP ("huisarts") accordingly. By far, this is the worst provider ever, and this is solely accountable to the front desk: "I will call you back" doesn't happen, "Oh you need an appointment? Can you maybe call me back tomorrow?" then only time next week, "Please call us in a week for your results" and then the doctor is never available or no timeslot can be scheduled. It seems the only duty of the assistant is to push away responsibilities and try and delay everything as much as possible. The incompetence and even deceit (lying about agreements) of the front desk is mindboggling. If you are doubting between this GP and another, by all means, take another. Getting (professional) help here is near impossible.
It's a pity you have to go through the front desk to get to the actual GP, as she is actually quite nice and helpful.
