a	agné Jesionek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben vandaag, 29 april 2019, bij de winkel geweest om mijn kapotte bakfiets te laten repareren. De medewerker vond ik erg onvriendelijk, hij stelde vragen over de bakfiets en vroeg of ik hem bij me heb en stuurde me daarna weg. Hij gaf aan geen tijd en plek te hebben. Zelfs toen ik aangaf op mijn kapotte bakfiets niet meer te kunnen fietsen stuurde hij mij lopend naar huis. Hierdoor kom ik hier niet meer . I visited the store today, April 29, 2019, to have my broken cargo bike repaired. I found the employee very unfriendly, he asked questions about the cargo bike and asked if I had it with me and then sent me away. He indicated that he had no time and place. Even when I indicated that I could no longer cycle on my broken cargo bike, he sent me walking home. Because of this I am not coming here anymore.

Ik heb een cube sportfiets met een voorderailleur en een achterderailleur, en deze schakelde niet zo lekker naar de zwaarste versnelling(en). Dat hebben ze geweldig gemaakt. Ik merkte het meteen al toen ik een proefrondje ging fietsen, dat doe ik altijd, om te kijken of alles echt goed gemaakt is en ik niet weer terug hoef. Dat proefritje kon dus meteen naar huis :D !! Ook was m'n voor licht afgebroken, ze hebben netjes gebeld dat als ze het origineel zouden vervangen dit een stuk duurder werd en kwamen met andere opties. Nu zit er voor en achter een prima werkend licht op. Goekoper, en beter lichtgevend dan ik had. Ook is een schroefje goed aangedraaid, van m'n wiel naar de bagagedager en is het spatbord achter goed vastgezet. Dit allemaal voor nog geen 48 euro, niet duur dus! Daarbij ging alles ook vrij snel, dinsdag gebracht, en eigenijk was die gisteravond al klaar, alleen ik zag het net te laat. Donderdagmiddag opgehaald. De NS fietenmaker van het station is hier niks bij. De vorige keer kreeg ik bij de NS m'n fiets meer kapot dan gemaakt mee terug. I immediately noticed it when I went for a test ride, I always do that, to see if everything is really well made and I don't have to go back. So that test drive could go home right away: D !! My front light was also broken off, they made a decent call that if they replaced the original this would become a lot more expensive and came up with other options. Now there is a good working light in front and behind. Cheaper, and more luminous than I had. Also, a screw is tightened from my wheel to the luggage carrier and the rear mudguard is properly secured. All this for less than 48 euros, so not expensive! Everything went pretty fast, brought on Tuesday, and actually it was ready last night, only I saw it just too late. Picked up Thursday afternoon. The NS bicycle maker of the station is nothing here. Last time I got my bike more broken than made back at the NS.

Erg attent, goede service With small problem inside but without complaining very friendly helped. We asked what he got from us: headache and no further costs. Very attentive, good service

Personeel onbeschoft en uit de hoogte! Slechte service en mijn fiets is er niet op vooruit gegaan. 0 stars! Reluctantly went to Huisman, unfortunately they were the only ones at that time who could (quickly) repair my bike. They did not keep appointments. Staff rude and informed! Bad service and my bike has not improved.

Enige tijd geleden heb ik daar een elektrische fiets gekocht, maar door pech (waar zij niks aan konden doen) mankeerde er telkens van alles aan. Keer op keer ben ik goed geholpen, zelfs wanneer ik voor de zoveelste keer met het schaamrood op de kaken binnen kwam wandelen met een kapotte fiets naast me. Ik hoop nog lang met mijn gerepareerde fiets te kunnen doen, maar de volgende zal ik ook zeker hier kopen. I have only good experiences with Huisman Tweewieler. Some time ago I bought an electric bicycle there, but due to bad luck (which they couldn't do anything about), everything was wrong with it. Time and time again I was well helped, even when I walked in for the umpteenth time with a shameful red on my jaws with a broken bicycle next to me. I hope to be able to do with my repaired bike for a long time, but the next one I will definitely buy here as well.

A day before giving our bike to them for repair, we went there asking about the costs, the next day the other colleague who introduced himself as the "boss" treated us in an arrogant manner and offensively talked with us. He told us to pay twice as much, or he will not repair it. Not only he did not apologize for changing the offer and putting us in trouble but also insulted us. Later we checked with other stores, and we realized that they charge for half of the money we paid. We will never go there in future.
