Great service, renting process very easy, good suggestions for cycling around Leiden area,pricing is straightforward- 10 euro per day, 20 if it's an electric bike.

We had a great experience with EasyFiets. Great attention and service! We rented two bakfiets and they were fantastic to ride with a couple of kids. Super fun and safe!

Rented four bikes for a week so we could explore the region. 15 minute train from Schiphol and 10 minute walk to the shop. My 9 and 12 y.o. loved the entire experience. We cycled over 150 km. The bikes were perfect and prices very reasonable. The service was particularly outstanding, great communications and help available when needed with a big smile from Kasper and Robbert. We are already planning the next trip!

Excellent. The bikes were good quality 3 speed "oma" bikes with front and rear disk brakes and locks included. Well maintained. Easy to book online. The customer service was great, we had some routes suggested to us which we took and really enjoyed. Fair price too.

The bike was decent if you only want to use it several months. Eventhough some parts of it were rusty, but it can functions well. The price was cheap, only 10-20 depending on what brake do you choose and if you want to add some accessories. You can pay your bike with credit or debit cards. The only downside is you can only rent your bike monthly, so you will be charged a full month, eventhough you are only use it for 2 weeks. Ps: that was my bike ?

We were super happy with the electric cargobike that we rented from EasyFiets. It was a great way to get around the area while transporting children. We took full advantage of the scenic bicycle circuits in the countryside as well as the excellent cycle path infrastructure in the city. If we give just four stars instead of five, it is because EasyFiets slightly over-promised with respect to what they could deliver. We had written, regarding a regular electric bike that we had also reserved: "I just want to be doubly-sure that it is suitable for a person who is 148 cm tall." And we were assured that we "should not have a problem with our bikes, we do have quite small ones". This was, however, not the case. For their smallest electric bike with the seat all the way down, it was not possible for the rider to touch the ground with their foot while sitting on the saddle. We had to switch to a non-electric bike, which was of the correct size. But the combination was uncomfortable when riding together, with one person pedalling along with electric assist, the other not. Also, we had asked ahead of time about helmets, knowing that this is not very typical in the Netherlands, and were told that these were available. But their helmet selection is limited, and there was no extra-large sized helmet available at the time of rental. So one rider ended up without a useable helmet. This being said, the bicycles were in perfect condition, and all of our interactions with the EasyFiets staff were very friendly and pleasant.
