★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst der eine Stern ist noch zuviel, das hätte auch jeder Laie so hinbekommen. Bei Welpen im Alter von 5 Monaten, mit soviel Unruhe und keinerlei beruhigenden Worten. Und nein ich bin nicht empfindlich aber sie kannten weder Schere noch Schermaschine oder die Person die vor ihnen stand. Total mit der Situation überfordert und mit zitternen Händen, dann der Spruch dass es Beruhigungstropfen(Pflanzliche) gibt, die ich den Hunden beim nächstenmal geben soll.Ein nächstesmal wird es nicht geben......das geht überhaupt nicht.
 Even the one star is still too many, any layman would have managed it that way. With puppies at the age of 5 months, with so much restlessness and no reassuring words. And no, I'm not sensitive, but they didn't know the scissors or the clippers or the person who stood in front of them. Totally overwhelmed with the situation and with trembling hands, then the saying that there are calming drops (plant-based) that I should give the dogs the next time. There will be no next time ...... that does not work at all.
