★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten einen Handyvertrag verlängern und ein neues Handy kaufen.
Es handelt sich um ein Geschäftskonto. Die Mitarbeiterin war nicht in der Lage unseren Vertrag in Ihrem Computer aufzurufen, obwohl sie schon drei Zettel hatte, mit allen möglichen Nummern, die sie angeblich dafür bräuchte.
Nach einer Zeit teilte sie uns dann mit, dass das System nicht arbeitet und wir später nochmal kommen sollten. Da wir noch einkaufen mussten, war es kein Problem 2 Stunden später nochmal zu kommen.
Nach dem Einkauf bediente uns eine andere Mitarbeiterin, auch diese konnte unseren Vertrag nicht aufrufen, (Anmerkung: der Vertrag ist schon mind. 10 Jahre alt und wir hatten noch nie Probleme im Telekom Shop in Eschweiler). Nach der ganzen Zeit waren wir dann langsam doch etwas verärgert, da die Mitabeiterin sich keinesfall dazu bewegen konnte, mal irgendwo anzurufen, um uns weiter zu helfen. Sie teilte uns nur unmissverständlich mit, dass wir eine Hotline anrufen sollten, um den Vertrag zu verlängern und ein neues Handy zu bestellen. Auf meinen Einwand, dass ich eine persönliche Beratung wollte, reagierte sie überhaupt nicht, sondern verwies uns nochmals auf die Hotline.
Am nächsten Tag fuhren wir dann in den Interimsshop nach Eschweiler.
Es war fast wie Magie, der Mitarbeiter konnte unseren Vertrag sofort aufrufen und uns sogar eine persönliche Beratung geben bzgl. Vertrag und Handy, vielen Dank dafür.
Nach Würselen werden wir auf jeden Fall nicht mehr fahren, da mir die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen doch sehr inkompetent erschienen und keineswegs willig waren, sich der Probleme anzunehmen.
We wanted to renew a cell phone contract and buy a new cell phone.
It is a business account. The employee was not able to call up our contract on her computer, although she already had three pieces of paper with all the possible numbers that she supposedly needed for it.
After a while she informed us that the system was not working and that we should come again later. Since we still had to go shopping, it was no problem to come back 2 hours later.
After we went shopping, another employee served us, and she could not call up our contract either (note: the contract is already at least 10 years old and we have never had any problems in the Telekom shop in Eschweiler). After all that time we were getting a bit annoyed because the employee couldn't bring herself to call somewhere to help us. She just told us in no uncertain terms that we should call a hotline to extend the contract and order a new cell phone. She did not respond at all to my objection that I wanted personal advice, but referred us to the hotline again.
The next day we drove to the interim shop in Eschweiler.
It was almost like magic, the employee was able to call up our contract immediately and even give us personal advice on contract and mobile phone, thank you very much for that.
In any case, we will not go to Würselen anymore, because the two employees seemed very incompetent to me and were by no means willing to deal with the problems.

Was there in the shop today. Only needed 2 batteries and received absolutely warm and competent advice from Ms. Cakir. Here the customer is still king, thank you very much.

Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werde immer wieder dort zurück kehren.
Die Rezonas von anderen mit schlechten Beurteilungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und nicht zustimmen ! Man wird sehr freundlichen empfangen und die Atmosphäre wirkt sehr vielversprechend und mehr als nur einladend. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben all meine Anliegen problemlos lösen können. Mehr als 5 Sterne hat der Shop und die netten und kompetenten Mitarbeiter verdient ! Überzeugt euch gerne selbst :)

I can't understand the rezonas of others with bad reviews and I don't agree! You will receive a very friendly welcome and the atmosphere is very promising and more than just inviting. The staff were very courteous and were able to resolve all of my concerns without any problems. The shop and the nice and competent staff deserve more than 5 stars! Feel free to convince yourself :)
