★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, their terminals were offline and we had to wait for 20 minutes in order for them to confirm the purchase. Despite the fact that I was showing them the purchase through my internet banking app they insisted in us staying there till they figure out their own mistakes... very rude and unqualified personnel. I will never shop from there again since other store offer the same prices in the vicinity...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very poorly experience today. The stores payment system was down and they couldn't tell if my payment was going though, but the payment was taken from my internet banking. I was waiting for the store managers for over 25 min. When I said my opinion they continued to be rude and told me it was me that was the problem. It the worst shopping experience I had ever had!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cluttered, minimum of staff present, so expect long lines because 1 register per counter is in use. Probably keeping up apearance of doing well. As for the clothes themselves, poorly stitched and every fit is at least 1 or 2 sizes off compared to Mango or H&M. Combined with poor stock maintenance of regular sizes (M and L) not my likely to return.
