R	R R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In het kader van “Click and collect” hebben wij een bestelling geplaatst telefonisch op 12 februari. Medewerker in kwestie gaf aan dat deze de volgende dag opgehaald kan worden. De volgende dag stonden wij op het punt de bestelling op te halen, waarna een andere medewerker aangaf dat er iets fout is gegaan en dat de bestelling pas na 7 dagen opgehaald kan worden. Wat voor logica zat er bij de medewerker die de bestelling doorstuurt naar het distributiecentrum en deze pas na 7 dagen opgehaald kan worden ? Het hele click and collect idee is dat je het direct zou kunnen ophalen in de winkel. Dan hadden we net zo goed een bestelling online kunnen plaatsen en thuis laten bezorgen. Geen empathie, en geen logica, dat miste ik in het gesprek. Voor nu, mensen denk twee keer na alvorens je een bestelling plaatst bij deze winkel. Dat er fouten gemaakt kunnen worden is menselijk, maar bied dan een oplossing. Hoop dat jullie wat meer stil staan bij jullie service, want dat hebben jullie zeker nodig in deze roerige periode willen jullie überhaupt nog enigszins winst maken. Tip: neem een cursus communicatie, opdat jullie leren hoe jullie klanten te woord staan in de toekomst. As part of “Click and collect” we placed an order by phone on February 12th. The employee in question indicated that it can be picked up the next day. The next day we were about to pick up the order, after which another employee indicated that something went wrong and that the order can only be collected after 7 days. What logic was there for the employee who sends the order to the distribution center and can only pick it up after 7 days? The whole click and collect idea is that you could pick it up directly from the store. Then we might as well have placed an order online and have it delivered at home. No empathy, and no logic, I missed that in the conversation. For now, people think twice before you place an order from this store. It is human that mistakes can be made, but then offer a solution. Hope you pay more attention to your service, because you certainly need that in this turbulent period, if you want to make some profit at all. Tip: take a communication course so that you learn how to speak to your customers in the future.

Er waren nagenoeg geen klanten en ze liep een paar keer strak langs me heen terwijl ik bij de kassa geholpen wilde worden. Toen het even duurde voordat ze me 'zag' deed ze ineens heel vriendelijk op een sarcastische manier. Wat een personeel heeft hunkemoller. Been here on Friday night. What an arrogant and unfriendly lady who works there. There were hardly any customers and she walked right past me a few times while I wanted to be helped at the checkout. When it took a while before she 'saw' me, she was suddenly very friendly in a sarcastic way. What a staff hunkemoller has.
