Leuk dat alle bezichtigingen (25 stuks) middels een korte beschrijving met ons werden gedeeld. Daardoor hadden we een goed beeld van de interesse van aspirant kopers. Rick en Martijn hebben een zeer prettige manier van communicatie waardoor wij zonder enige twijfel Hypodomus aanbevelen als verkoopmakelaar. Smooth, friendly, informal and very expert contact. Apartment was sold within two weeks. Nice that all viewings (25 pieces) were shared with us through a short description. This gave us a good idea of the interest of prospective buyers. Rick and Martijn have a very pleasant way of communication, which is why we without any doubt recommend Hypodomus as a sales broker.

Toch hebben we een aantal makelaars uitgenodigd voor een gesprek toen we ons eigen huis gingen verkopen. Keuze was gebaseerd op onze bezichtiging, het gesprek met Robert en de professionele plaatsingen op Funda. Later wisten we zeker dat onze keuze de juiste was. Vanaf het eerste moment waarop de foto’s werden gemaakt, tot de vele contacten met de dames en heren op kantoor. Het hele team is onwijs klantgericht. Waar we uiteindelijk bijna 80 geïnteresseerden kregen, heeft hypodomus er alles aan gedaan om zoveel mogelijk mensen een kijkje te laten nemen. Dat is bewonderenswaardig. Uiteindelijk een erg goede verkoopprijs (niet gek ik deze markt) maar mede door de extra inzet hoger dan bij een ander kantoor. Daar zijn wij van overtuigd. After having had a viewing ourselves at a house that was being sold by hypodomus, we were already enthusiastic. Nevertheless, we invited a number of real estate agents for a conversation when we were going to sell our own house. Choice was based on our viewing, the conversation with Robert and the professional placements on Funda. Later we were sure that our choice was the right one. From the first moment the photos were taken, to the many contacts with the ladies and gentlemen at the office. The whole team is very customer oriented. Where we eventually got almost 80 interested people, hypodomus did everything it could to let as many people as possible take a look. That's admirable. Ultimately a very good sales price (not crazy in this market) but partly due to the extra effort higher than at another office. We are convinced of that. Thanks Rick, Robert and the rest of the Team!

In general, they did the job but did not go above and beyond in any way. We were not overall impressed with their services. However, after the sale of our apartment they continued to contact us for months (over half a year of contacting us) asking us to settle the starting costs which we had settled at the very beginning of doing business. Despite sending them multiple emails with the transaction attached, they continued to contact us trying to make us pay, once again, for costs we had paid and proved. Not only is it annoying but it's poor customer service. Ultimately we would not use their services again and would not recommend them to others.

Rules for negotiating a price went out the door in 2021, but Martijn was exceptionally talented at guiding us through the buying process and even helped us view houses (and spot things we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed). I’ve already recommended Martijn to friends and colleagues.
