I’ve waited more than 2 hours to receive my food. Order was placed at 19:15 and I received it at 21:30!Given time after placing the order was 60m. Worst thing: Their phone number wasn’t working, no way to reach out. I tried calling other I love Sushi restaurants but they also couldn’t connect me with them. When food finally arrived he gave me an excuse that they had problem with electricians, but I noticed other reviewers who were also not able to reach out to them a week before my order!!! Also the warm item was not tht warm anymore obviously! They also didn’t compensate me for the long wait in any way!
If you cannot deliver the service you are promising to your customers better close your restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty. The sushi isn’t too cold and what’s supposed to be warm is warm! And they make quite big rolls, so that’s a little plus!
It takes about 45 minutes but I guess that’s because they are in the centre and very busy.
We order often and have no complaints!
