★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent option. The breakfast is really good, everything fresh. The room has eveything you need. They were always asking if we needed something and thinking about the cleanliness of the room. It is located about 15-20 min from Amsterdam in train and it was a good option because I did not find anything for new years eve at the last minute. The train station is really close by walking. There are stores, restaurants and a supermarket only a few minutes away too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms but not cleaned very well. Not super well located but close enough if you have bikes or are ok walking 15-20 minutes to most things. We stayed for several days and really enjoyed the stay. The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were nice looking and had a good atmosphere. The walls were thick and sound proof (or no one was in the rooms near us) so we never heard and noise from anyone else, it was really nice. The staff were helpful but they never cleaned our rooms other than preparing our beds. They did not seem to change our towels (even the ones on the floor that were obviously dirty) and they did not seem to wipe anything down. We did not mid to much because we are pretty clean people but if we stayed longer or had been messy it would have been a big problem. We also enjoyed that they had a bike hanger where we could park our bikes overnight that was locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and modern hotel with a sports theme. Location was okay. Area was quite and safe. 30 minute walk to Haarlem city and 15 minute walk to nearest train station Staff were helpful and friendly. Lobby was nice with large TVs a computer complementary hot drinks and a nice atmosphere. Rooms were small but very clean. beds were soft and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The lady at the reception better said the young girls we're really rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. The room was ok. No closet. To expensive for what they offer but clean. Not situated in a good area. Next to a loud intersection and a highway. wouldn't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in to the hotel, having a discussion on buying breakfast or not as it was not included in the stay. We were told we could make our decision the following morning. When we then came down we we refused to buy breakfast by a very unfriendly and patronizing receptionist. Who then told us we could have some breakfast after I repeated the conversation from the night before but only if we would leave the table within 30 minutes. We then looked at the breakfast and decided it was almost empty and what was left looked very little appetizing. So we dropped breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room is clean, there was a good breakfast and free coffee and tea in the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean and comfortable toilet and shower. Nothing to complain about the room.
No restaurant for dinner, so you should take that somewhere else.
