★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I just wanna buy a eye cream online. Unfortunately ICI system cannot recognize my postcode so that the order cannot be processed. Then I went to this store during COVID-19 outbreak. After one staff helped me change my address in their system, I was looking around and checking if I could find some eye cream I like. But at this moment, one staff l, I guess it’s the store manager, asked me to leave since I was just looking instead of buying with specific purpose. I explained I was there for my delivery address and just want to look around . She totally didn’t listen and insisted that I had to leave. I strongly felt she was in respectful, unprofessional and unfriendly, so I left directly and don’t want to stay there for one more minute. Such a bad experience, really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best example of how to lose customers and leave the worst impression. Will prevent all my friends from going to Ici Paris XL. Have been waiting for 20 minutes in the store for someone to help me, then asked for help and was advised “to go to the cashier, wait in line and ask the person at the cash desk for help”. After waiting at the cash desk got a response from the cashier: “oh who said that I can help?! I can’t help you cause I’m standing here at the cash desk, go ask someone else”. This store definitely fails to match its capacity with demand. Very indifferent and incompetent assistants. Go to your competitor Douglas and learn how to do business properly.
