Also, there are some nice and cheap restaurants close by as well as shops. The beds and pillows are veeeeery comfortable and the service is very professional and friendly at the same time. Very friendly and helpful personnel. New Hotel, very clean. Got a nice Comfort Room as an Upgrade as Best Western rewards Diamond on the 4th floor. Not that great/to think about: Just one elevator for the whole hotel, so often waiting time. The Bathroom gets completely wet when you shower in the Room I was in. Fitness Room was closed (not important for me, but wired in a new Hotel).

β β β β β Hotel is beautiful and well located. Rooms are great, except for the shower that gets the bathroom completely wet. Unfortunately I have to give them a negative review because of the staff at check in: we arrived at 1 and since check in was at 2 they didnβt want to give us our room, though it was quite clear the hotel was empty. The guy at the reception said βthe housekeeper is busy, but I will do my best for you to get your room at 2β... well thatβs the least I expected considering check in is at 2 but thank you very much... when we checked out the woman said she didnβt have any payments registered for the room, which had completely been paid online. After she realized it was the city tax which hadnβt been paid (we didnβt know there was this tax and according to the woman they should have charged it to us during check in... which didnβt happen).

β β β β β Joyce is the best receptionist that i ever meet in Holland, the most professional women. She certainly deserves a higher position in running the hotel because she knows perfectly how to make the hotel guests to feel special and to accomplish their need.Well done Joyce, if you keep it like that maybe one day you will run the entire hotel because in the end it s all about the guest and you are doing it perfectly. Without doubts 5 stars

β β β β β Nice and clean hotel, the location is also good. Busy street but no noice at all. The staff was very nice too, especially the girl at the reception. I really liked her, should've gotten her name. Will come back for sure!

β β β β β Room good. Bathroom and reserve towels not fully clean. Takes long to get room to comfortable temperature (raise required was only 2 degrees). Strange entrance, not immediate clear where to find the reception. Friendly personnel.

Amazing friendly staff...helpful and doing a great job.
The hotel is SUPER well situated with everything at hand...
Malls...restaurants...cafes ..etc etc.
Bed is confortable...shower super good and a nice view from the room.
What else do you need???
Freezin cold but that's Holland in winter....?
