Maanden waarin ze wel open waren was het bijna standaard vol en moest je weken van te voren de vrije fitness boeken. Nu willen ze geen compensatie geven omdat ze mei aanhouden als leidraad terwijl ik tot feb heb betaald. Ik ben al rond de 8 jaar lid en ze behandelen je als een nummer. En dan wel het lef om ons vorig jaar te bellen en te vragen of we ze willen supporten. Zonde. Werken wel fijne mensen maar je ziet duidelijk dat het een BV met alleen oog op winst is van een investeringsmaatschappij genaamd Bencis. De squashbanen zijn wel heel hard aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe, en mogen ook wel regelmatiger schoon gemaakt worden. Nice large modern sports center with ample facilities. The squash courts are in dire need of maintenance, and should also be cleaned more regularly.

Heb van meerdere klant gehoord dat ze de handelwijze van Sportcity afkeuren gedurende die periode. Klanten hebben onnodig lang doorbetaald. Pas maanden later hebben wij een mail hierover ontvangen over wat de mogelijkheden zijn.... Dat konden ook even persoonlijk doen met een belletje! Had meer verwacht van zo'n proffesionele organisatie! Nice employees who are willing to help you. It's just a shame how the regular customers have dealt with it during the corona period. Have heard from several customers that they disapprove of Sportcity's behavior during that period. Customers have continued to pay unnecessarily long. Only months later did we receive an email about the possibilities.... We could also do that personally with a call! I expected more from such a professional organization!

Wat een achterhaalde werkwijze. In de algemene voorwaarden staat louter dat je binnen 14 dagen mag annuleren Dus dit bedrijf hanteert ongeschreven regels. De gym is tevens iedere avond volgeboekt dus sporten zit er ook niet in. Als je ze mailt met aanhef goedemiddag krijg je een mail van een medewerker die zijn mail met HE begint. Zo praat je maar thuis tegen je gezin, maar niet tegen een klant. You can register digitally, for a cancellation you have to come by to physically put a scribble. A	Ali Sedaghat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne medewerkers die heel klantgericht zijn. Helaas blijkt dat de collega's die het beleid bepalen bij Sport City de feeling met de klant totaal verloren zijn. Het volgende voorbeeld laat het gebrek aan service uitstekend zien. Waar Sport City voorheen bekend stond als service gericht zijn ze dat nu totaal niet meer. Kennissen van mij hebben bijna gedurende de gehele corona periode hun abonnement bij Sport City gehouden (als steun) ook al werd er niet of nauwelijks gesport totdat ze deze de laatste maanden hebben opgezegd. Nu alles weer open is willen ze graag een aantal maanden compensatie maar nu blijkt dat hier geen ruimte voor is. Dit is natuurlijk absurd. In slechte tijden wel om begrip vragen bij je leden en nu het weer beter gaat je trouwe leden niet tegemoet willen komen. Dit verwacht je niet van zo'n sportschool dus wees hier alert op voordat u hier lid wordt. Nice employees who are very customer oriented. Unfortunately, it appears that the colleagues who determine the policy at Sport City have completely lost touch with the customer. The following example shows the lack of service very well. Acquaintances of mine have kept their subscription to Sport City almost during the entire corona period (as support) even though there was no or hardly any sports until they canceled it in recent months. Now that everything is open again, they would like compensation for a few months, but now it appears that there is no room for this. This is of course absurd. In bad times ask for understanding from your members and now that the weather is getting better, your loyal members do not want to meet. You do not expect this from such a gym so be aware of this before you join here.
h	holanda outsiders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slecht sportschool communicatie slecht geen respect voor leden, niet schoon sauna is eeen drama, niet veilig, leden altijd laten wachten voor alles, betaling zijn niet erlijk, je kan noit kantoor bellen, hele organisatie is slecht, speciaal mensen in dordrecht racistische opmerkingen altijd.. bad gym communication bad no respect for members, not clean sauna is a drama, not safe, always make members wait for everything, payment is not fair, you can never call the office, whole organization is bad, specially people in dordrecht racist comments always. .
