They didn't ask for any service fees, and managed to quickly solve any problem encountered with the new house. I definitely recommend their services. p.s. I have left the apartment and it all went smoothly as well. Plus, they returned my deposit and even extra money from the bills very quickly. Super awesome service, thank you!

β β β β β Rots-Vast managed our apartment for about 15 years - first on a short-term basis and later with long-term tenants. We were highly satisfied both with their services and with the quality of long-term tenants they identified for us. Payment was always on time and Rots-Vast personnel were generally responsive - at times going out of their way to provide personal assistance. Emergency repairs were handled rapidly, although sometimes minor maintenance issues took longer to resolve. We would definitely use their services again should the need arise.

With Rotsvast, I had a viewing appointment within the hour thanks to Kevin who had actually read my emails, and remembered what I was looking for. I very much appreciated that. (Unlike at bjornd where agents are so busy on the phone, they hardly notice you in their office, and you have to wait for a week to receive a viewing appointment). Everything went smoothly afterwards regarding signing and inspection. And no agency fees with Rotsvast. Professional, fast, to the point. I highly recommend them.

β β β β β 100% would recommend this agency. Went to many agencies that not even opened their doors and to others that tried to charge illegal commission fees. I'm glad I ended up with Rotsvast. Kevin was great, super honest. Explained everything clearly and helped me find a place to rent in Delft. Once I decided he was able to secure the place for me in a matter of hours and I was able to move in within days. In a market that is saturated, with many agencies trying to rip off clients (specially foreigners) Kevin and his agency are a rare find.
