no reaction when unit needed for maintenance,
very hard to get deposit back,
and requesting 2 months notice to move out (even if that's illegal if you pay rent monthly, notice should be 1 calendar month max)
will not do it again.
that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this agency. The staff will only respond to the emails if they have some specific interest. Otherwise, the attention is frankly bad. I advise to be careful and go to any other real state company which would treat you with costumer quality. Also, I know from the experience of other people that they do not answer or provide attention once you have signed your contract. BEWARE!

Despite the apartment I originally found not being available anymore, he was really helpful and helped me finding another one in short time. There was some little miscommunication about the deposit but other than that it has been a smooth experience so far and he answered my many questions. Hopeful for the future.
