★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic dutch banking, but owned by CITI now. This branch is located in a more local area (outside of the touristy downtown). ATM was broken outside but the inside ones were working fine. Very friendly staff who all spoke perfect English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give a business 0 stars, I would. There’s no option to receive cash money when you don’t have access to your card. It has to fall under a long list of circumstances, which is weird, it’s our money, we should get it when we need it.

Customer service with huge lack of touch.
No privacy whatsoever was given, felt extremely unsafe in that environment, the guy was speaking out loud in front of another woman that was there waiting to be helped. The attendee was rude and acting un-bothered by my request disregarding my privacy. Seemed another person when he went smiling to the Dutch last that was there waiting (previously chatting with him outside the main entrance) Not given any proper customer care or follow up. Absolutely disgusting will change my bank ASAP
