★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 6 night stay here at this hotel. Perfect location. Close to many things including public transportation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfy.

The location is perfect, few minutes by walk from the train station, nice shops around, every can be done by walk.
The service is extremely good, nice design:)

Such a Shame! I would like make a reserve in this hotel for a travel with my husband and my daughter that is 1 year old. They don't allow to stay in a double room because the baby is considered a third person and they ask us to buy a bigger room for 3 person, also if the baby habit is to sleep with us in our double bed. The receptionist whom I spoke with was kind of rude and not tried to arrange something o find a solution, so I choose to go in other hotel. I do not find its policy fair and family friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quirky art gave this hotel its unique identity. The map mural on the bedroom wall gave us a great insight to Amsterdam. Food was good and hospitality amazing. Really comfy room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The INK is one of a kind. Its in a great location (10 minute walk from the Central Station), it has unique rooms, a great atmosphere, and on top of that, the service was amazing. Even the Bitterballen room service we got was absolutely unbelievable for something so cheap. If its within your budget, this is a great hotel and I would 100% recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a beautiful little room at the top of a wonderfully renovated canal side building. Nice hotel with great service that could be a five star if they paid attention to details, like clean cups in rooms, or a TV set up that doesn't drive one crazy. But you shouldn't really be watching TV if you're staying old Amsterdam you shouldn't really be watching a lot of TV anyway.
Also the chocolates on our bed was a nice touch
