S	Sterre Remijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onprofessioneel bedrijf. Uren zitten wachten omdat de indicatie tijd eerder was dan dat we eindelijk gebeld werden. Kantoor niet bereikbaar dus geen mogelijkheid om contact op te nemen (zaterdagavond). Heel m'n avond verspild en nog steeds geen vaatwasser. Update : het is 22:20, we zouden om 20:00 nog een keer gebeld worden met een tijdsindicatie. Helaas nog steeds niemand gehoord.. Niemand te bereiken.. Ik heb echt nog nooit zulke slechte service gehad. What an unprofessional company. Hours of waiting because the indication time was earlier than we were finally called. Office not accessible so no possibility to contact (Saturday evening). Wasted my whole evening and still no dishwasher. Update : it's 10:20 PM, we would be called again at 8:00 PM with a time indication. Unfortunately still no one heard.. No one to reach.. I really have never had such bad service.
M	Monika Nieuwlaat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morgen de 5e bezorgpoging! Eerste keer bellen ze netjes dat het product niet geleverd is. Vervelend, niks aan te doen. Tweede keer bel ik zelf, want geen bezorger. Om onbekende reden uit de planning gehaald en de dag erna in gezet. Dat was dag 3. Ook toen geen bezorger, want hij was nog niet geleverd. Hij zou alleen ingepland worden als hij er is. Volgende dag nog een bezorging gepland. Geen bezorger, wel een belletje dit keer dat hij nog steeds niet geleverd is. Overmacht, bla bla. Vrijdagmiddag werd ik gebeld. Mevrouw, we hebben hem binnen. Ik heb hem zelf gezien en aangeraakt en alles. Dus nu komt het goed. Maandag voor half 10 zouden ze er zijn staat in de mail. Geen belletje, geen bezorger. Dus ik zelf gebeld. Mevrouw hij is door onbekende reden uit de planning gehaald. Ik zoek het uit en bel u binnen en uur terug. Twee uur later zelf gebeld. Het typenummer kwam niet overeen. Maar nu was hij er wel... (hoe kan je hem dan vrijdag gezien, gecontroleerd en aangeraakt hebben?) Morgenochtend weer een poging.... vreselijk voor een product van €2000,-!! Steeds dezelfde afscheep zinnen die gezegd worden en totaal geen overzicht. Bizar. Tomorrow the 5th delivery attempt! First time they call nicely that the product has not been delivered. Annoying, nothing to do. Second time I call myself, because no delivery person. Removed from the schedule for unknown reasons and put in the next day. That was day 3. There was also no delivery person at the time, because it had not yet been delivered. He would only be scheduled if he is there. Next day delivery scheduled. No delivery person, but a call this time that it still hasn't been delivered. Force majeure, blah blah. I got a call on Friday afternoon. Ma'am, we got him in. I've seen and touched him myself and everything. So now it's okay. They would be there on Monday before half past nine. No call, no delivery person. So I called myself. Madam, he has been removed from the schedule for unknown reasons. I'll look into it and call you back within an hour. Called two hours later. The type number did not match. But now he was there... (how could you have seen, checked and touched him on Friday?) Tomorrow morning another try.... terrible for a product of €2000,-!! Always the same dismissive sentences that are said and no overview at all. Bizarre.
M	Melchior Mekel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 24/12/2021 een Amerikaanse koelkast door hen laten installeren waarbij de waterfilter niet correct bleek aangesloten m.a.g lekkage en forse beschadigingen aan de houten vloer. Lekkage is snel opgelost maar het contact daarna over de schade afwikkeling is ronduit bedroevend. Totaal onbetrouwbaar is de afspraken die ze maken over terugbellen/ reageren op de verstuurde mail t.a.v. de aansprakelijkheid etc. Melden dat de schade bij de verzekering gemeld is maar twee weken plotseling pas die ochtend gedaan is enz enz. Iedereen kan fouten maken maar op zo'n manier met je klanten omgaan is beneden alle peil. Het is dat 1 ster de laagste score kan zijn, 0 sterren komt dichter in de buurt van de tot nu toe schaamteloze wijze waarop ze hun verantwoordelijkheid uit de weg gaan richting de klant. On 24/12/2021, they had an American refrigerator installed by them, where the water filter was not connected correctly due to leakage and significant damage to the wooden floor. Leakage was quickly resolved, but the contact afterwards about the settlement of the damage is downright sad. Totally unreliable is the agreements they make about calling back / responding to the email sent with regard to liability, etc. Reporting that the damage has been reported to the insurance company, but suddenly it was only done that morning for two weeks, etc. etc. Anyone can make mistakes, but dealing with your customers in such a way is below average. It's that 1 star may be the lowest score, 0 stars is closer to the hitherto shameless way in which they shirk their responsibility towards the customer.

I have waited for them 4 times in a week and they never came or they came while I was at work ! I spent in total 8h waiting for them and they did not even apologize. Even if you clearly specify your availability they do not care and they will come whenever they want. I still do not know if they will able to deliver the washing machine. This company does not worth your money and your time, this is the worst deliver company I have ever seen ! Edit following the answer of the company: - we were always at home during the agreed hours - we were at home the first time you came, and you did not even try to call me = your fault - you came another time too late, I told you many times that I was not available after a specific hour = your fault - and what about the 2 other times when you did not come ?? Take your responsibility and do not blame the customer !

Had an appointment for a dishwasher installation last week, they didn’t show up, most likely messed up my doors with my neighbors, and left because no one opened the doors. But guys didn’t even bother giving me a call asking if I were home (and I was - waiting for them). But even more, scheduling another appointment taking a week already - because they can’t call me back for 3 times already. So you have to chase them afterwards! This kind of service is not acceptable even if the service is free, which is not the case.
