R	Rolf Otten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas ook mijn s3 geeft error 19 en 44. contact gehad met VanMoof wat heel klant vriendelijk kan (not) via chat of mail. en omdat we in Nederland wonen kan dit alleen maar in het engels. Zul je net zien dat de fiets niet in Groningen en of Zwolle kan worden gerepareerd. Iets wat bij de verkoop van de fiets is gezegd. Nu moet ik dus voor de reparatie aan de accu naar Utrecht Eindhoven of Amsterdam. Utrecht is dan met zijn 280 km heen en terug het beste te doen. dus denk ik neem 1 dag vrij rij naar Utrecht en blijf even een dagje in Utrecht. einde van de dag de fiets weer achter op de auto. maar helaas. kan niet in 1 dag. dat betekend dus nog een keer 280 km om de fiets op te halen. Al met al niet echt klant vriendelijke en premium service voor een wat ze zelf zeggen een premium product Unfortunately my s3 also gives error 19 and 44. I had contact with VanMoof which is very customer friendly (not possible) via chat or mail. and because we live in the Netherlands, this is only possible in English. You will just see that the bicycle cannot be repaired in Groningen and or Zwolle. Something that was said when the bike was sold. So now I have to go to Utrecht, Eindhoven or Amsterdam for the repair of the battery. With its 280 km there and back, Utrecht is the best to do. so I think I take 1 day off driving to Utrecht and stay in Utrecht for a day. At the end of the day put the bike back on the back of the car. but unfortunately. cannot be done in 1 day. that means another 280 km to pick up the bike. All in all, not really customer-friendly and premium service for what they say is a premium product
J	Joost Boers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is gemakkelijk om een afspraak te maken voor een proefrit. Om het pand te vinden aan de Savannahweg is het lastiger te zien dan vanaf de A2. En het is even uitkijken voor het parkeren met een auto. Eenmaal binnen krijg je een snelle en duidelijke uitleg over de fiets en off you go. Een industrieterrein is niet de meest uitdagende omgeving voor een proefrit. Ik had met wat tijd stretch pakweg 8 km.gereden maar dan nog, vlak en niet zo uitdagend. Overall indruk is goed en de fietsen zijn zeker een test waard! It is easy to make an appointment for a test drive. It is more difficult to find the property on Savannahweg than from the A2. And you have to watch out for parking with a car. Once inside you get a quick and clear explanation about the bike and off you go. An industrial estate is not the most challenging environment for a test drive. With some time stretch I had ridden about 8 km, but still, flat and not so challenging. Overall impression is good and the bikes are definitely worth a test!

Toen ik aankwam bij de service hub was de error verdwenen, maar omdat ik de error met enige regelmaat ontving hebben ze het betreffende onderdeel voor de zekerheid toch vervangen en sindsdien fietst m'n fiets weer als een zonnetje. Ik kan deze service hub alleen maar aanbevelen. After an error my bike here long been and always helped well. When I arrived at the service hub was the error disappeared, but since I received the error with some regularity they have the component to be sure yet changed and since then ride my bike again like a charm. A	Aad van Vliet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kocht online een VanMoof S3 met als extra opties een voor- en achterdrager, een fietstas en een frameslot. Na de beloofde 7 dagen werd de fiets verzonden en precies op de afgesproken dag en exact binnen de aangekondigde venstertijd werd de fiets bezorgd door PostNL. Op zich al bijzonder in deze drukke tijden voor bezorgdiensten. Helaas zouden de accessoires pas twee weken later komen, omdat die vanuit een ander depot geleverd worden. Maar op de VanMoof Service Hub aan de Savannahweg hebben ze een aantal voor- en achterdragers wel op voorraad en (gratis) voor mij op de fiets gemonteerd. Twee koppen lekkere koffie later reed ik weg met een complete fiets, met fietstas, maar zonder frameslot. Als goedmaker voor het latere leveren van het Abus ART2 slot kreeg ik een voucher voor een eerste servicebeurt gratis. Heel vriendelijke, enthousiaste en behulpzame medewerkers daar op de VanMoof Service Hub Utrecht, van proefrit tot en met levering. En die fiets rijdt super! Bought a VanMoof S3 online with extra options: a front and rear carrier, a bicycle bag and a frame lock. After the promised 7 days, the bicycle was sent and exactly on the agreed day and exactly within the announced window time, the bicycle was delivered by PostNL. In itself special in these busy times for delivery services. Unfortunately, the accessories would not arrive until two weeks later, because they are delivered from a different depot. But at the VanMoof Service Hub on Savannahweg they do have a number of front and rear carriers in stock and mounted them on the bike for me (for free). Two cups of good coffee later I rode away with a complete bicycle, with pannier, but without a frame lock. As a saving grace for the later delivery of the Abus ART2 lock, I received a voucher for a first service for free. Very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful employees there at the VanMoof Service Hub Utrecht, from test drive to delivery. And that bike rides great!

Shipping dates get delayed again and again using different excuses every time. The interest thing is that they say my bike is in the wharehouse but somehow they are unable to deliver. I paid end of June and still nothing except empty promises. If only the company would be fully honest that they fail at delivering people would rethink spending more than 2000 euro on a biking promise.
