In 2 van de 5 geleverde gordijnen zat een weeffout, die door eigenares zelf is toegegeven. Maar zelfs na formele klachten over afhandeling geen enkele reactie meer. Toch maar Kassa inschakelen? Top service years ago. Therefore again to this company. Unfortunately a big mistake. They don't keep appointments. In 2 of the 5 curtains supplied there was a weaving error, which was admitted by the owner herself. But even after formal complaints about handling no more response. Do you want to enable checkout anyway?

Het opmeten gebeurde op het afgesproken tijdstip, aardige kerel en ook het afleveren en monteren was heel netjes. Ben heel wat gordijnwinkels voorbij gereden maar was zeker de moeite! Had a good explanation in the shop from a real professional, all patience with my “I have a hard time choosing”. The measurement was done at the agreed time, nice guy and the delivery and assembly was also very neat. I passed a lot of curtain shops but it was definitely worth it!

Afspraken worden goed nagekomen en we zijn heel blij met de geleverde en gehangen gordijnen. A nice place with a wide choice. Friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Uiteindelijk belt er iemand: het apparaat om het te maken is kapot, u hoort nog van ons... Uiteindelijk (december 2021) is het nu weer opgelost, de trap ligt er weer mooi bij! Ralf heeft het goed geregeld. Good start, sales went well in August 2020. After the edge of the stair runner came loose, we will report this in May 2021. No response. Another email on July 2, 2021. Finally someone calls: the machine to make it is broken, you'll hear from us... In the end (December 2021) it has now been resolved, the stairs are looking great again! Ralph has arranged it well.

I had to wait 4 months for my curtains, When they arrived they were sewn badly and had to be returned to the seamstress. When returned a week later the edges were really rough. When i made remarks about this the owner was dismissive, saying if I wanted it perfect, it would be three times as expensive. She was so rude and condescending that I just paid the bill and fixed the curtains’ edges myself. For free.
