★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy reparieren lassen inklusive Panzerglasfolie , innerhalb einer halben Stunde, alles super. Nach 5 Tagen hole ich das Handy aus der Hosentasche, das Display inklusive Folie gerissen, ohne Sturz o.Ä.
Im Laden wurde mir dann gesagt Eigenverschulden und mir wurde lediglich ein Kulanzpreis angeboten.
 Have your cell phone repaired, including tempered glass, within half an hour, all great. After 5 days I take the cell phone out of my pocket, the display including the film is torn, without falling or the like.
In the shop I was told that I was at fault and I was only offered a goodwill price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem der Schaden an meinem Handy aufgenommen wurde sagte man mir das Sie ein gebrauchtes Display mit Elektronik für mein Handy da hätten welches allerdings komplett in Ordnung wäre. Bei der Abholung wurde mir versichert das alle Systemtests durchgeführt wurden. Das kann nicht sein da der 2. Lautsprecher der für die Freisprechfunktion und auch fürs Klingeln zuständig ist nicht funktionierte. Da ich keinen Bock habe nochmals hin zu laufen usw. lebe ich jetzt erstmal damit bis ein neues Telefon kommt. Ich werde nicht nochmal hingehen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor 16 Tagen mein Handy zum Akkutausch abgegeben. Nach 9 Tagen erhielt ich die Mitteilung, dass mein Display von innen gerissen sei und der Bildschirm schwarz sei. Das Display müsse auch getauscht werden. Komisch, bei mir hat das Display einwandfrei funktioniert. Könnte also beim Akkutausch passiert sein, wobei man nämlich das geklebte Display aus dem Gehäuse herausdrücken muss. Könnte ich natürlich nicht nachweisen und musste auchnoch ein neues Display kaufen . Dieses wird heiß und die Helligkeit lässt sich nicht mehr regeln. Ganz abgesehen davon sind die Farben des Displays total matt. Fazit: Das nächste Mal kaufe ich mir direkt ein neues Handy. 110 € für die Reparatur versemmelt.

Funny, the display worked perfectly for me. Could have happened when replacing the battery, which is because you have to push the glued display out of the case. Of course I couldn't prove it and I still had to buy a new display. This gets hot and the brightness can no longer be regulated. Apart from that, the colors of the display are totally matt. Conclusion: The next time I buy a new cell phone. Spilled 110 € for the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab meinen Akku tauschen lassen, nach dem der neue Akku eingesetzt war ging mein Smartphone immer wieder bei ca. 3 bis 12 % Akkustand aus und zeigte Fehlermeldungen an, nach dem ich das Gerät zur Überarbeitung abgegeben habe funktionierte der Taster für laut und leise zunehmend schlechter.
Ich habe selber den alten Akku eingesetzt und dabei herausgefunden dass das Kabel des Schalters beschädigt war.
Das Geld für die Arbeit hätte ich mir auch sparen können.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich. Allerdings behauptet, er würde ein Originalteil verbauen, was offensichtlich nicht der Fall war. Den Rahmen beim Austausch des Displays ebenfalls nicht ausgetauscht, sodass so gut wie keine Stabilität mehr da war und beim nächsten Mal hinfallen wieder brach (trotz Panzerfolie). Außerdem die Selfie-Kamera unbrauchbar. Leider keine Empfehlung. Netter Service wie gesagt, ebenfalls freundliche Beratung, aber keine gute Qualität.
Friendly. However, it claims that it was using an original part, which was obviously not the case. The frame was also not exchanged when the display was replaced, so that there was almost no stability and the next time I fell it broke again (despite the armored foil). In addition, the selfie camera is unusable. Unfortunately no recommendation. Nice service as I said, also friendly advice, but not good quality.
