Ich bin seit Gründung bestehender Kunde und ich wurde immer sehr freundlich und fachkompetent beraten, was ich von anderen Shops nicht behaupten kann!
Mir ist bei allen Anliegen zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit weitergeholfen worden auch meine HANDYS sind immer pünktlich angekommen!
Leute ein Stern euer Ernst? Hier hat aber jemand die Jungs auf dem Kicker, eure Probleme hätte man gern, Ihr sucht ganz klar das Haar in der Suppe!

I have been an existing customer since it was founded and I was always given very friendly and professional advice, which I cannot say about other shops!
I was helped with all concerns to my complete satisfaction and my MOBILE PHONES always arrived on time!
Are you serious about a star? But here someone has the boys on the kicker, you would like to have your problems, you are clearly looking for hair in the soup!

Zuerst einmal hat der Mitarbeiter sich nicht für uns interessiert und ist noch ganz entspannt in seiner Pause draußen stehen geblieben anstatt rein zu kommen und uns zu bedienen.Als er drinnen war,war er sehr freundlich und hat uns zugehört. Daraufhin haben wir unser iPhone 11 bestellt und uns wurde gesagt,dass wir zwei Tage auf unsere Bestellung warten sollen.Außerdem haben wir noch eine Anzahlung von 100 € gemacht.Nachdem die zwei Tage vergangen sind, habe ich angerufen und gefragt wie es denn mit der Bestellung aussieht. Mir wurde dann gesagt das ist noch etwas länger dauern sollte, da es das Handy nicht auf Lager gäbe. Nach fünf Tagen wo habe ich erneut angerufen und gefragt ob meine Bestellung abholbereit wäre.Dies war allerdings nicht der Fall.Nach einer Woche hatte ich dann einen Flug ins Ausland und war auf das Handy,was schon längst da sein sollte angewiesen. Nachdem die Woche vergangen ist bin ich in den Laden und habe mein Geld auf eine unhöfliche Weise wieder bekommen.
I can not recommend this shop at all !!! First of all, the employee was not interested in us and was still relaxing outside during his break instead of coming in and serving us. When he was inside, he was very friendly and listened to us. We then ordered our iPhone 11 and were told to wait two days for our order, we also made a deposit of € 100 and after the two days had passed I called and asked how it was Order looks like. I was then told that it should take a little longer because the cell phone was not in stock. After five days where I called again and asked if my order was ready for collection, but that was not the case. After a week I had a flight abroad and was dependent on the cell phone, which should have been there long ago. After the week passed I went to the store and got my money back in a rude way.

Der Handyladen ist schön und einladend gestaltet, lädt zum verweilen ein, man fühlt sich „wie zu Hause“ und zu jeder Zeit willkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett! Zudem sehr kompetent. Es wird immer sehr detailliert und fair beraten. Es wurde für mich bis jetzt immer das beste was möglich war rausgeholt. Ich kann diesen Laden nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!! Ich gehe nur noch dort hin und das schon seit längerer Zeit.
Zusammenfassend:
Alles was man braucht in einem Laden, mit Top Beratung, Top Preisen und den besten Angeboten + Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

The mobile phone shop is beautifully and invitingly designed, invites you to linger, you feel "at home" and welcome at all times. The staff is very friendly, courteous and nice! Also very competent. The advice is always very detailed and fair. So far the best that was possible for me has always been brought out. I can only warmly recommend this shop !!! I only go there and have been for a long time.
