Gebeld metJan van Beek uitgelegd wat het probleem was. Direct werd voorgesteld we halen de zitting op zorgen dat het in orde komt. Kort daarna een belletje wanner kunnen we de zitting terug komen brengen? Die zitting is kosteloos vernieuwd en voorzien van nieuwe bouten. Kortom Jan van Beek (eigentijds wonen ) is een betrouwbaar en service gericht bedrijf. We have a lot of Gispen and De Wit furniture at home. Recently a bolt broke out of my De Wit S9904 rocking chair. Called van Beek withjan explained what the problem was. Immediately it was suggested we pick up the session to make sure it will be fine. Shortly afterwards a bell when can we bring the seat back? That seat has been renewed free of charge and provided with new bolts. In short, Jan van Beek (contemporary living) is a reliable and service-oriented company.

Vraag me af of mensen uit de nieuwbouw van Oost deze zaak wel kennen. De zaak is er al heel lang, van vader op zoon Een aanrader! In elk geval zit de winkel er al generaties. En veel aanbiedingen! Goede service en mooie spullen. My friend said, a shop in a neighborhood with people who can't afford the furniture. Excellent service, even when something went wrong with an order. Furniture neatly delivered as agreed and very neatly installed.

Ik was toen al erg tevreden over de service, ze dachten goed mee over wat in mijn woonkamer het beste zou passen en namen daar ook de tijd voor. Na een verhuizing waren de onderdelen om de kast aan de muur te bevestigen kwijt geraakt. Een nieuwe set van Hülsta is best prijzig. In de winkel hadden ze nog een set liggen en die mocht ik zo meenemen. Wat mij betreft onderscheidt deze zaak zich met stip van andere meubelzaken waar ik tot nu toe heb gekocht, ook qua assortiment trouwens. Super good service for my Hülsta cupboard. A few years ago I bought a Hülsta cupboard at this furniture store. At that time I was already very satisfied with the service, they thought carefully about what would fit best in my living room and took the time to do so. After moving, the parts to attach the cupboard to the wall were lost. A new set from Hülsta is quite pricey. They still had a set in the store and I could take it with me. As far as I am concerned, this case distinguishes itself from other furniture stores where I have bought so far, also in terms of assortment.

Na telefonisch contact mochten we de lamp voor een nieuw exemplaar omruilen. Prettig persoonlijk contact, mooi aanbod designmeubels, top! Super service !! Although we had had our desk lamp on our dresser for more than 2 weeks, we discovered scratches in the glass lamp base. After telephone contact we were allowed to exchange the lamp for a new one. Pleasant personal contact, nice range of designer furniture, top!

But I guess people makes mistake, when I decided to give them another chance, they were actually quite friendly and efficient. I guess they just forgot first time. We were able to borrow the chair and sofa material to home, it helps us a lot to make decision. We paid deposit for the chair of course. We ordered our sofa , chair and decoration from them, they offered us a small discount , which is really sweet. Furniture was delivered to us within the time we agreed. And they were surprisingly professional and friendly, they carefully removed all packages and told us how to take care of the material. Even helped us to remove our old sofa to downstairs. You don’t often find good service like this in Netherlands :)
