★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb me auto daar een kleine beurt laten geven met leen auto keurig geholpen de de beloofde leen auto was er niet werd er keurig een oplossing gezocht een bestel wagen bij terug komst stond de auto binnen uit de zon en werd koel naar buiten gereden kort ok keurige service met een nette prijs
 I let my car there give a small turn with loan car nicely helped the the promised loan car was not there was a nicely sought solution a delivery van when coming back the car was inside from the sun and was cool outside driven short ok neat service with a decent price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is wel mooi voor onderhouds beurt maar als je iets speciaals moet gebeuren aan een chevrolet spark geven ze, weten we niet kunnen we niet.
Is nice for maintenance, but if you have to do something special to a Chevrolet Spark, we don't know we can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een erg groot probleem met mijn Opel Signum, garages in Hilversum wisten er geen raad mee. De werkplaats cheff Yoram sprak mij aan en kreeg alle tijd en aandacht om het probleem uit te leggen en te overleggen wat de beste oplossing zou zijn, met een lekkere bak koffie! dat is tegenwoordig niet meer van zelfsprekend.
Ik werd netjes gebeld met de diagnose en een eerlijk advies, binnen 2 werkdagen was mijn auto weer rijklaar en zo goed als nieuw!
Bij het ophalen zag ik tot mijn verbazing dat ze mijn auto hadden gewassen en netjes hadden gemaakt van binnen, waar ik heel blij mee was uiteraard.
Ook bij het afrekenen werd de tijd genomen om uit te leggen wat de garage heeft uitgevoerd en waar welke kosten aan verbonden waren, erg fijn een stukje aandacht voor dit soort dingen vind ik zelf belangrijk en weer met dat lekkere bakje koffie!
Al met al een top ervaring met de garage, personeel en Yoram!
Ik kom hier graag terug voor verdere onderhoud in de toekomst.
Had a very big problem with my Opel Signum, garages in Hilversum did not know what to do with it. The workshop manager Yoram spoke to me and got all the time and attention to explain the problem and to discuss what the best solution would be, with a nice cup of coffee! that is no longer self-evident nowadays.
I was neatly called with the diagnosis and honest advice, within 2 working days my car was roadworthy again and as good as new!
When I picked it up, I was surprised to see that they had washed my car and cleaned it up inside, which I was very happy with of course.
During the checkout, the time was also taken to explain what the garage has carried out and what costs were involved, very nice a bit of attention to these kinds of things is important to me and again with that nice cup of coffee!
All in all a great experience with the garage, staff and Yoram!
I look forward to coming back here for further servicing in the future.
