★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na weken nog steeds geen pakket ontvangen.. volgens de tracking site is het pakket al eens afgegeven op een service punt.. hier heb ik van PostNL en van snipes echter nooit bericht van ontvangen.. het zou opnieuw verzonden zijn.. en niet afgeleverd.. en nu staat er dat er een probleem is met deze verzending.. maar de website herkend het bestelnummer niet eens.
Contact, telefonisch en via de website tot op heden niet gelukt.. en ik heb dus ook geen geld terug ontvangen.. erg frustrerend.. helaas lees ik achteraf pas de vele slechte reviews van de afgelopen tijd.
Wat een vreselijk slechte service en shop..
after weeks still no package received .. according to the tracking site the package has already been delivered to a service point .. I have never received a message from PostNL and from snipes .. it would have been sent again .. and not delivered .. and now it says there is a problem with this shipment.. but the website doesn't even recognize the order number.
Contact, by telephone and via the website have not been successful so far .. and so I have not received any money back .. very frustrating .. unfortunately I only read the many bad reviews of recent times afterwards.
What a terribly bad service and shop..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opletten! Zeer dubieuze zaak met praktijken die richting oplichting lijken te gaan.
Tiener dochter koopt precies 1 week geleden met haar eigen verdiende centjes schoenen die haar echt te groot zijn(?) Verkoper zei dat het kon(?) Eenmaal thuis met schoenen BINNEN gepast om mij (moeder) te laten zien en inderdaad veels te groot. Dochter is dag 6 terug gegaan om ze te ruilen en de Store Manager weigert ze aan te nemen en zegt dat ze buiten zijn gedragen. Dit is absoluut niet het geval. Store Manager schrijft vervolgens op bon dat ze 'gedragen' zijn en wil aanvankelijk de bon niet terug geven. Mijn dochter voelde zich geintimideerd en niet serieus genomen (waarschijnlijk vanwege jonge leeftijd). Vandaag zelf vrij van werk genomen met de verwachting om voor mijn dochter de zaak alsnog recht te zetten. De winkelmedewerkers pakken de schoenen uit, merken op dat ze prima in orde zijn, maar zien de handschrift van hun baas en nemen de schoenen vervolgens niet terug. Geen inruil mogelijkheid, geen geld terug mogelijkheid. Willen niet de naam van de Store Manager geven. Bang voor problemen. Zelf ben ik op onderzoek uitgegaan en er zijn meerdere zeer slechte reviews te vinden betreffende deze Store (Manager). Hier laat ik het niet bij zitten en pak door tot dit netjes is opgelost.

Teenage daughter buys shoes exactly 1 week ago with her own money that are really too big for her(?) Seller said it was possible(?) Once at home with shoes INSIDE to show me (mother) and indeed much too big. Daughter went back day 6 to exchange them and the Store Manager refuses to take them saying they were worn outside. This is absolutely not the case. Store Manager then writes on receipt that they have been 'worn' and initially does not want to return the receipt. My daughter felt intimidated and not taken seriously (probably due to young age). Today I took myself off work with the expectation to put things right for my daughter. The store employees unpack the shoes, notice that they are fine, but see their boss's handwriting and then don't take the shoes back. No exchange option, no money back option. Don't want to give the Store Manager name. Afraid of trouble. I did my own research and there are several very bad reviews about this Store (Manager). I will not let it sit here and continue until this is neatly resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted a return here of clothes that didn't fit, admittedly a week and a half late past the "30 day policy". I asked if an exception could be made as things have been somewhat strained under the COVID-19 pandemic.
I was told no, as the manager stated his boss was "a Deutsch guy" and he did not want a call from him.
I asked for store credit and again was denied, stating again he did not want a call from his boss.
I then asked for the boss individual's contact information to make a complaint about the rigidness of this policy. I was told that I would not be given this information.
I was then told I should remember the policy better next time, and I could sell the items to my friends.
There will not be a next time.
Rude staff, bad business practices. They have lost my business forever for less than 100 euros worth of merchandise. I gladly would have taken store credit and bought shoes.
One star. Manager's boss- find better staff.
