Wow. Waited 30 minutes because one of the sales guys didn't know how to scan a shoe and retrieve it from the warehouse. He tried three times and wasted everyone's time. In the middle of an economic crisis and he couldn't even do his job properly. Do not go to this store. I walked out of there. They don't want to sell their shoes.

Manager is nice and polite. The other employees are indifferent, unapologetic when errors are made and even rude and argumentative even when I didn’t even implicitly or otherwise imply wrongdoing. This review is based on multiple visits given that I live close by. This location tarnishes JD Sports their reputation. You must, very easily, be able to do much better at customer service. Disappointed.

Not sure the employees are aware they have to sell the shoes. 10 mins, asked 3 times to try one, we were simply ignored. Awful service.

Had an appointment as per the COVID-19 rules. Was made to wait 30 minutes outside so the sales person could help two guys that dit not have an appointment, then let inside and he was constantly busy with another person. Didn't have any of the sizes I needed for 4 different types of shoes. Terrible experience

Very bad service. I was here yesterday and it was so extremly busy that I said I would come back today. I came back today before 18:00 and the shop was allready closed. The man rememberd me from yesterday but refused to help me. I really need this package.

Edited: I had 5 starts on this review, until they messed up my order. This is partially my fault because I forgot to check the item at the store, but I ordered a converse for a pick up at the store. On my way home I realized it’s not what I ordered.... Amazing exclusive shoes and great discounts. The staff is friendly and willing to help at all times. People who visit this JD store are locals. So no tourist madness!

Found a nice-looking hoodie for sale €40 fit well enough, wanted to buy. Was told "oh its missing the pants too" I thought ok wasn't expecting another item but ok... They couldn't find the pants and therefore couldn't sell me the item. Nor just the hoodie. Instead, I had to order one apparently from their store. Completed the transaction but was not told it could take <2 weeks+ to arrive. Visited the store after one week, was informed I needed an email to collect. Came again the second week after I tracked the order and it said it had been delivered, to be told, no you have to still wait 14 working days... So, I cannot buy an item I try on in store. I was not informed delivery would take so long. Information online told me it was delivered and the store yell at me telling me I am wrong. This is incredibly poor customer service. I requested a refund. They outright refused! Why would I want to wait 2 weeks for an item I already tried on in store but couldn't walk away with and then be verbally told I am wrong time and time again? Absolutely disgusting! Many people in the store were not wearing face masks either so not abiding by new restrictions. Some serious management needs to be done to rectify the store behaviour!
